Trying to deal with Sea Fancy is frustrating and time wasting. I found them online and ordered a swimsuit. When it arrived, it was unlike either the description or the online photo and was quite unsuitable.
They state that returns are 'easy, so I contacted them straightaway, asking to return it. In reply there have been various 'options' and 'offers' from them - anything except a full refund - but I persisted and have finally been offered a return if I pay postage....to a US address. Ridiculous. It'll cost nearly as much as the swim suit. Which may well be what they are banking on.
They have a .co.uk website so I have told them that I will return it to their UK depot or warehouse. They must have one.
I don't actually hold out much hope for being able to do a simple return. If it does happen I'll post it here. If you buy from this company you take a risk.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two swimsuits on May 3. 2 weeks later I had received no information on my order so I emailed them. They said they were out of one of the swim suits. I have told them 3 times to ship the one they have and refund the other and they just keep emailing that they need to confirm I want something I ordered. They are a scam. I am reporting the charge to my bank. Now I have to wait 90 days to get my money back.

Update:
After posting comments on multiple posts on Facebook and messaging them on Facebook they finally refunded half of my order and said they would ship it. The tracking number showed pending for over a week. I still have received no swimsuit. I ordered two swimsuits on May 3rd. My first email to them was on the 13th because it still showed unfulfilled. It is now June 4th. I did received the partial refund. The item the supposedly shipped was sent from China and I haven’t received it.

I have now received and email from them asking me to reverse the charge back my bank started. I refused.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Item turned but broken. When I contacted customer support they would only offer me £5 voucher for a future purchase! Obviously I have no plans to buy more faulty products!

After searching everywhere for a tankini suitable for a very small bust I have found this with Seafancy after years of searching. It's spot on. It has support inside and very happy with the shorts. They cover with an inner layer. No gaping or malfunctions. Excellent service. I emailed them and I got a reply ASAP!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. DO NOT BUY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. If you attempt to return the swimsuit, they make it incredibly difficult and make you jump through a million hoops to even consider issuing you a refund. If you order, you better hope the suit fits, because you will definitely not get your money back and you will be out of shipping costs (both delivery and returning) as well.

I read that some people felt this business was a scam but I wanted to keep an open mind. I received my order of 3 bathing suits, none of which fit. I have sent multiple dm's and 4 emails. This is very discouraging. I just want to make a return and receive a full refund. I will update this review once I hear back.

Terrible quality swim suit. After first wear, the suit is already falling apart. I tried to leave a review on the site, it won't post.

Disappointed since the style was not something I'd seen elsewhere. I should have checked reviews outside of their site first.

I was SO worried about this company being a scam. As a college student, I don’t have much money to spare so buying this suit was a risk. But it was a risk I was willing to take after spending way too much time trying to find other modest swimsuits and failing. The fit is perfect for my body (XS) and I’ll be ordering another one just in case they close due to all the negativity surrounding the business. I hope they can make it honestly because they’re providing really nice swimwear for people who don’t want something up their ass the entire time they swim (or something possibly falling down while they are playing on the beach). The pockets are a nice size, material is slightly on the thinner side but very soft and comfortable. Seams are strong seeming but we shall see.

I don’t ever review anything, but i know they need this, and from my experience, deserve it. I received a confirmation email as soon as I placed it, received a shipped notification, and received a fast reply from support when I reached out with a question regarding the shipping number.

I ordered a bathing suits weeks ago, and received no update about shipment. Two weeks later, I reached out for an update... They told me it was out of stock!

So they took my money and were just not going to tell me it was out of stock?? I had to reach out? That's horrible business practice. Needless to say, I requested a refund, and will never shop with this company again. Definitely feels like a scam considering all the reviews I see online are sponsored, and they hide all their negative comments under their videos so people can't see them. It says a lot about the company that the only content that exists about them are sponsored users. You really have to pay people or give them free products for them to praise you??

Also, the shipping is outside of the US, and I didn't see that anywhere on the website, so my bank charged me an international transaction fee I can't get back.

They send half your order and refuse refund or to send you missing items!!!

I have emailed and messaged them countless times in the past few months and they keep saying logistics haven’t got back to them. They make you take pictures, weigh items ect. Then do absolutely nothing!

Disgusting customer service they are basically stealing money! DO NOT BUY!! I They also remove comments on fb!!

Do NOT order from Seafancy! They did not issue a refund, although I followed their return policy absolutely correctly. They also charged me for an item they did not ship. When I requested a refund they only offered a $5 discount on my next order as compensation. The swimsuit was $53.99!

In addition, the fit of the swimsuits were too loose, although I followed their size guide and was measured. The materials were poor quality. And, the shipping took almost a month.

The site makes false claims about easy returns within 30 days. No one should have to deal with this fraudulent activity, especially when there are so many other ethically run swimsuit companies!

Spend your money at a better company with better products!

The return policy is outrageous. They want you to keep the items and offer to refund you 30%. Obviously if you want to return something that means it will not fit so why would I want to keep it?? Then they have about 100 rules you need to follow to make sure you actually get your money back.

Would rate 0 if I could. I posted a review when I bought my swimsuit two years ago about how the delivery took much longer than expected. SeaFancy Customer Service offered me a free gift card if I took the review down. I took the review down and they’re now refusing to send me the gift card. Believe all the 1 star reviews you see about them! Not only will it take MONTHS for you to get your swimsuit, they’ll bribe you when you speak up about it.

Asian sizes, not suitable for tall people. I bought a large and it's too wide and equally way too short (the bra cups sit on my collarbone way above where they are wanted lol)
No other issues with postage or quality. Enjoy if you're short enough :)

EDIT: I have since received my package, 20 days later. I will say that the bathing suits are bathing suit material and look like the pictures. I will also say the time it takes to ship is frustrating and that you have to pay for return shipping. The sizing is a bit off. Just things to know if you want to give them a chance.

Do not order from them. I ordered two weeks ago and my package still hasn’t been “ picked up”. Also, I ordered 4 suits and when I checked shipping it was only for 3 so I had to reach out and only then was I told one was out of stock. I tried reaching out again about my order taking so long and getting suspicious, but their email wasn’t active anymore. Trying to get the entire order canceled and refunded but it has been challenging. If necessary I’ll contact the better business bureau and report it to my credit card. JUST STAY AWAY

No contact form to complete as stated if you want to get in touch. The email address they provide to contact them does not exist. How are we supposed to return items if we can't get in touch with you?

Do not deal with this company. In January I ordered 2 sizes as a swimsuit really needs to fit! Each cost £44.95 On the website it says ‘Easy returns’. 8 weeks later they arrived. After 5 email exchanges they are now offering £33.24 refund IF I RETURN IT to the. US ( or £23.24 if I keep it). I am furious.

Scammers !!! They put hairband into package , never received swimsuits !!! Thieves !!!!!!!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. My order took over a month to arrive, only after multiple follow-ups. When it finally did, the items were poor quality and didn’t fit. I attempted to return them, as their website states they accept returns within 30 days for a refund, but customer service refused to provide a return address unless I accepted a partial refund or store credit—which is not stated anywhere in their return policy.

This is misleading and dishonest. A return means I should be able to return the item and receive my money back, not be forced into keeping items I don’t want. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company if you expect transparent policies and good customer service.
