Your review does not reflect a genuine experience.
You were assisted and we have contacted the FedEx Express inquiring about the parcel. We have also suggested you to contact directly in order to understand better why the delay, as it might be a faster way to get a response - which you have ignored. As per today it is the 4th day in customs, so the items might still arrive as soon as the courier responds.
However based on your latest reply to the support email, which clearly indicates that you have no desire to proceed further or put any effort into resolving the import delay. Sometimes exceptions do happen and things are out of our control - rest assured we do our best to provide support and assist in any case.

Great solution for camera control
All I ever wanted was something to make the shutter click. I struggled with the other guy's gear for months and got nowhere. I got a seagull and Martynas made me custom cables for my Gremsy. I was running my camera in no time. Clean, elegant and simple. No complicated gear, very little configuration and help was always an email away. Seagull equipment is thoughtful, innovative and gets the task done. Excellent engineering.

I bought a trigger from them and it got lost by the local delivery company.When i emailed them to ask for some informations about the order, Martynas (the man behind the show) said he will be in my city tommorow(by coincidance) and would deliver it personally

The shipment facility of seagull is pathetic. We are still waiting for the product to arrive on our address and it has been already 15 days to the order.
There were two options but the "track packet" shipment was not explained very clearly that it can taken more 15-20 days. Tracking of items is not at all friendly.
Was not expecting such kind of shipping from seagull.

Hi Myelin,
The shipment was forwarded to India the next business day. As per our FAQ page for the option "Tracked Packet" the international shipment to India takes 10 - 20 business days + customs time. Given the destination of India and shipment at the time being sent from Canary Islands it has ended up being on the longer end, but still reached you within listed timeframe.

Great customer service
Great customer service!
We've had issues with 2 units out of a large order. It has resulted in a broken 500$ camera. However Martynas -the CEO- has been very responsive and personally taken care of this issue, replacing the units and investigating the problem.
