Got off to a slow start with these guys BUT they came really good in the end.

Placed an order for 7 x silicone 4 Feb 24. By 12 I had queries saying I needed to cancel as they never turned up. No reply, but 3 weeks later they appeared. No response to email. Could not get through to them via website phone number so I had to find the company source name and call them direct. I spoke with a lady who said this wasnt acceptable and she would sort out a refund, an call me back the next day as the person she needed to speak with was on holiday....as if! Never called me back.

I separately sent an email from another address saying I would like to place a large order an needed some support. This was responded to immediately.

Just goes to show you can tell when being ignored. As a trade customer, I have taken my large order elsewhere. Was it really worth messing me about!

Ordered express delivery on goods I needs urgently and had to chase 3 days later and found my order hadn’t been shipped even though it was in stock ….they refunded the extra part of my carriage charge and then stated my order would be with me on Saturday morning (the latest I’d require it) …..now been informed by Dpd it will be Monday ……so now I’ve got to either tell my plasterer and electrician to come back in another week if possible or go and buy again elsewhere ……not good enough won’t be using these clowns again !!!!
