Absolutely disgrace of a company with low quality lights supplied, customer service a joke, avoid at all costs, my deck lights lasted less than 10 hours.

Total shock at the bad reviews. We refurbished our kitchen about 7 years ago with cabinet lights and plinth lights and they are still as good as new today. I had a problem with one set of lights a couple of years ago Emailed SealDesigns about problem was after a few hours Emailed received explaining could be transformer giving me the code for new transformer. I purchased new transformer which i received after a couple of days and lights back to as good as new. Just decided to extend our kitchen units, so purchased on line, some new cabinet lights, ordered Thursday and delivered Saturday. Always received Excellent communication, Excellent delivery and good prices. I will continue to use and i would recommend.

Update-Company now reported to trading standards for breaking the law.

STRONGLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will happily take your money and you will not receive a thing from them.

Don’t Buy anything from this company, the lights are very poor quality, they had condensation within the deck lights within weeks of installation. I have 40 deck lights in total and12 have stopped working completely and roughly 50% are filled with condensation. They’re only 15 months old!

I bought a set of replaceable deck lights ( not cheap) from this company but when my electrician came to fit them he said that I had bought the wrong type for my deck. Stupid me but not to worry as I thought that I could return them and get my money back (as with the majority of online retailers which gives you confidence to buy online without handling the items, right?).
Unfortunately, this company has not returned my emails or phone messages with the purpose of obtaining a returns number which they say they require to process.
It is now way over their 14-day returns policy.
It appears to me that they only offer customer service to those who are happy with their purchases but not to those who want a refund. I’m not happy at all and recommend that if you want peace of mind when purchasing outdoor lights, you go somewhere else!

Never sent order, probably never intended to either. Putting in claim with card company to recover my money.

Awful customer service refused refund even though the light just flickered but new ones from elsewhere didn’t. Refused a return bill t you no what I don’t need to worry about money so as i said to them i will make sure everyone else knows how poor their products really and and customer service to boot.
Avoid if you don’t want sub standard rubbish

Bought some decking lights from this company. Just out of warranty they started filling with water. I realise now they are very poor quality. Spend a bit more and get lights that are fit for purpose.

This company is one of the best, I've dealt with them since 2018 and continue to do so- I've never had a problem with this company, hopefully, I won't in the future!

found these guys good to deal with. They delivered and kept us posted even though it was xmas period.
The product came but wasn't quite right for my project. Had to return product, but they where helpful with return. Will use them again without a doubt.

we brought some decking lights in the summer and they are brilliant. communication with the company is easy. We had a faulty light in 1 of the packs and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Will use again.

We bought decking lights end of May, we had problems with 3 decking lights on 2 occasions. This company has been OUTSTANDING and helpful when dealing with the issues we had. They posted replacement with no prodlems and tryed to work out why the lights failed.
I will be buying from them again.

I have had these lights installed in my garden now for a number of years and feel I needed to balance out the other review on here.

We had one light fail after approximately 10 months and the company replaced that light without fuss and it was done quickly and efficiently.

Since that time we have had no other issues and have recommended them to friends and family too.

A great enhancement to any deck.

Having spent hundreds of pounds buying outside garden lights that are supposedly weather resistant and having them imbedded into my garden edges which took my gardener a very long time, they looked lovely, however a month or two after this the lights started to develop some sort of fault and stopped working, one by one 36 lights that cost me a lot of money soon stopped working, having emailed the company as this is the only way to contact this business ( no phone number???) (probably because it would no doubt be ringing off the hook with unhappy customers) they told me to return faulty lights and because it was slightly out of warranty although product is faulty they would not honour or consider and exchange , and a refund was out of question, they are rude , unhelpful and sell cheap lights that cost lots of money, AVOID like the plague!!
