Flawless service at a v reasonable price.
I’ve never tried to replace a double-glazed pane before but it was simple and saved myself a lot of money. The unit arrived promptly and perfectly sized. I’ll definitely use these guys next time

Windows were a good price
Windows were a good price, and the quality seems very decent. Delivery was nearly a week late despite having paid for a quicker shipment.
I'd use them again, but beware that delivery date's change.

A disappointing experience
A very long wait for this product. Half of my order was damaged in transit and whilst replaced it took over 6 weeks to finally arrive. There was no communication over delivery and the glass was just left by the door (on both occasions) with a text afterwards saying it had been delivered.
i telephoned and emailed numerous times and asked to cancel the order for a refund but never received one.
Promises of a discount never materialised and replies to phone calls and emails were polite but unhelpful.
A very disappointing and stressful experience.

The window pane I needed was I strange size that was no issue for sealed units online I was surprised at that and expected problems either getting it or it not being correct however this was easy to order made perfectly and delivered on time I will use sealed units online again for any unit I require fantastic company and obviously great staff as well highly recommended

I’ve used them 3 times in a row. Each time the product itself and ordering process v easy. The guideline delivery dates at time of order have all been correct. They’re not rapid though from order to delivery, so plan ahead.

Product quality and price is good but…
Product quality and price is good but the company lets itself down by poor communication and always changing the delivery dates without communicating this to the customer.That happened with my last 3 orders .Took time off work for a delivery that did not arrive until days later and I was not emailed as they said they would and complaints to the company were ignored.
The actual delivery staff were brilliant and very friendly so sort out your communication and you would get 5 stars

excellent quality of window
I used to work in the replacement window industry, so feel I can make a informed review of SUO. I have ordered 3-4 units (all toughened) and have been impressed with the clarity of the units. Compared to my existing units, they are clear and clean. If I could afford to replace all my units with SUO I would have no hesitation.
Delivery is s bit hit and miss where we live, but I will cope with that for free delivery. I would like some corner protection for the units (particularly for untoughened) as I feel that would add an extra *... but it is 5 star company as it is!

The window replacements were spot on as ordered and were delivered in good time. To comply with a delivery time scale the windows arrived at 0630am on a Sunday morning in a remote rural location. I wasn't disturbed, just a text to let me know. Fantastic.
