I would have given you 5 stars, but our £600 Otago - Inflatable Paddle Board, was delivered opened!
Nothing was missing, but the box had one single length of tap holding the box together, surly such an expensive item deserves a little more security.

Great board, handles really nicely on the water, very stable and great gliding, looks good too. Carbon paddle is nice to hold and feels light but strong

I brought this board after my 2nd paddleboarding lesson, tried a different board 1st lesson but fell in love with the sea lion.
Although one item needed to be sent back, Will was very helpful in getting it resolved.

I was attracted to Sea Lion boards for their environmental credentials. It's always good to know you're investing in a company whose ethics align with your own.
After a brief email exchange with Will (very friendly and helpful) I purchased the Rapoka. As yet I've only used the board once but I am very impressed. All parts, not only the board but the bag, pump and paddle feel like premium products.
Can't recommend highly enough.
My only minor issue is the two piece paddle doesn't fit into the bag so you'd need to buy an additional 3 piece if you wanted to travel with it.

Ordered this board to replace an Aztron board that had been loaned (and subsequently damaged beyond repair).

Eco credentials are outstanding for an isup and I've never come across anything that comes close to Sea Lion for eco.

Board is tough and wood finish effect is pleasantly convincing. I had worried it might look very cheap but its actually really nice.

All accessories are top notch and great quality.

My only critique of the board is the centre carry handle doesn't feel very robust. The board is heavy in its construction (heavy but tough) so the handle feeling a little thin/flimsy is a bit disconcerting. The BYOsup strap is a great idea and does make carrying over distance dead easy.

Finish is exceptional, no glue or loose edges. I have the Tasman 12 6 and it feels fast. Managed to get up to 8 mph on my last paddle without much effort.

Overall great Company and would highly recommend.

Love my Otago 10’6! Amazing board to teach on & learn on! I’ve always had a Sea Lion board on my fleet! Not only are they durable, they’re also sustainable! 👏🏻

I’ve owned a couple different brands prior to purchasing a Sea Lion and am so happy with my choice. It’s beautiful to look at, but it’s also the safest I’ve ever felt out on the water which was one of the most important factors for me. I had a couple of questions about the board before purchasing and the customer service was amazing. To top it off, Sea Lion are a sustainable brand and give back to the environment with every purchase.

I absolutely love my Sea Lion Rapoka! It looks stunning, the colours are beautiful and mirror the colours of the sea. It's a very smooth ride, lots of glide and the quality of the manufacturing is top notch. The accessories are really well thought out. The pump does a really good job of getting the board inflated quickly & easily. I love that the bag is a really good size, plenty of room for extra bits & pieces, and has wheels to pull it along. The only slight downside for me is the weight of the board, but Sea Lion have remedied this by including mounts on the board to attach the carry strap which makes it a whole lot easier to carry to the water. I adore the ethics of the company, they are super thoughtful of the environment which is also super important to me. So, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying your board from them, you won't be disappointed!

Our favourite is the Tasman because we do lots of touring and these boards offer great glide. Looking forward to seeing further products that make the brand even better. ✌🏼

When I wanted a new touring board, Sea Lion Boards offered exactly what I needed - a super stable inflatable with solid eco credentials that looks awesome, is backed up by great service, and comes complete with all the kit to get straight out on the water. I’ve had my Tasman for a year now and used it a lot on rivers, reservoirs, canals and lakes. It’s perfect for long days’ paddling adventures. And I like it so much I’ve just ordered my husband a Rapoka! He can’t wait to join the Sea Lion tribe too!

The board is perfect!! The pump inflates FAST so you’re on the water on no time at all and the board just feels amazing, it’s study so feels safe and at the same time it glides through the water almost effortlessly.
I can’t recommend highly enough. I have owned a few top brand boards and this is without a doubt the best!!

Hi board is great on the water. Stable, tracks well, brilliant to get back on. Looks fab. Portage on the other is hard as the board is heavy n long even with the carry strap. I’m disappointed that your are now including paddles in yr packages and I’ve missed out on that by a few months 😣

I've wanted a sealion board for ages and when the offer came out for the refurb boards, I jumped at the chance . I love the ethos of the brand and the attention to detail. My dad is truly impressed. The only downside is that when it arrived the box was open.
