I came to Sian when I was refused by another morgage adviser for buying my council house because I was self-employed and they told me that there would be no way I would get a mortgage on my accounts! Well guess they were wrong.

Spoke to Sian and went through everything with this lovely lady 😊 and when Sian said yes, I can help you and will get you a mortgage, I was so so pleased.

Sian explains everything in detail and with you every step of the way.

So if any mortgage adviser says to you, sorry 😞 you cannot get a mortgage, please get intouch with this amazing lady.

Where can I begin to tell you how amazing this company is. Sian Keys, wow what a woman. Her passion in her job makes dreams come true. My property is a Spooner classified property and finding a lender who accepted my property was extremely difficult. We started the process to purchase my home in November 2024 and we didn’t complete until January 2026. All that time Sian spent pushing to find a lender because she saw how tragic it would be if we missed this opportunity. She pushed past every no, she encouraged me every step of the way. She always put hope in my heart even when I thought it was no longer possible. If it wasn’t for Sian I would not have fulfilled my dream to be a homeowner. I truly believe she was sent from heaven because what she did is out of this world. Her fighting spirit will make even the most impossible situations very possible. You need a mortgage broker who will help you find the perfect deal, which we did but we also got a friend who saw our dream.
Sian.. thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are the most amazing individual and I wish every bit of success for your business. Without you none of this would have been possible.

As a first time buyer I was really overwhelmed with all the information but Sian was amazing in re-assuring me with everything, answering any questions and guiding me through the whole process. I probably drove her crazy with the amount of questions and asking to explain what things meant but she was so patient. I honestly couldn’t have started or finished the whole process without her. I met Sian of Seaman and Keys through a business networking event a couple of years ago. I have entrusted Sian with client referrals in the past, and so was more than happy to approach Sian when I needed help with our own mortgage renewal.

Our experience has been nothing but a good one. Sian has always been clear with her advice and talked us through the various options that we had ensuring that we felt informed and confident with the decisions we took.

I have to confess, we did change our minds part way through the process about how much we were borrowing on the re-mortgage, but Sian was very understanding, helpful, and ensured our application was re-submitted straight away.

Overall Sian is very personable and approachable, and will go above and beyond to ensure great outcomes for her clients.

I would have no hesitation using Seaman and Keys again and would be more than happy to carry on referring people to them as and when the opportunity arises.

After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to look and ask for some advice,help.
My husband was worried at first as to if it was a real company or not.
Well no need to worry as I spoke to Sian who organised a meeting with myself and husband.
She came to our house,what a lovely,pleasant re assuring young lady she was.
Sian has kept in contact throughout our right to buy process mortgage and has called several mortgage lenders due to the fact our house is apparently Non traditional.
Always at the end of the phone for a chat or text call,always reassuring.

Seaman & Keys made life simple (where others didn't or couldn't be bothered) to navigate offers on the market whilst being self employed / company director status. They were always incredibly responsive to both phone calls & email, taking the stress out of the search and enabling us to get a great deal on the re-mortgage of our house
