First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery. We understand how frustrating this must be, and it is never our intention to fall short of expectations.

We want to assure you that we have made several attempts to reach out to you regarding this issue, and in those communications, we have offered a refund on the item as a resolution. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you, which makes us believe that the communication may have been diverted to a spam / junk folder, causing some confusion. Please see the details below:

- 05/01/2025, 10:54: Update on the hoodie delivery, which may have been delayed due to the severe weather conditions, and an offer of a 30% discount given the inconvenience caused.
- 09/01/2025, 07:12: Update on delivery and an offer of a full refund on the hoodie or resend.
- 13/01/2025, 10:26: A follow up on the previous emails, update on delivery and an offer of a full refund on the hoodie or resend.
- 17/01/2025, 13:05 (in response to your email): A manager attempted to contact you to discuss the delivery, formally apologise and offer a refund/resend of the hoodie. The call was unanswered but the manager left a detailed voicemail.
- 17/01/2025, 13:17 (in response to your email): Notifying you that a manager had contacted you a few minutes before 13:17 and an offer of a full refund on the hoodie or resend.

If you wish to proceed with the refund or if there is an alternative resolution you would prefer, please don’t hesitate to let us know at your earliest convenience. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are committed to addressing this matter in a way that provides you with the best resolution.

We would like to thank your understanding and patience thus far. We dedicated to resolving this matter for you with due urgency.

Please pop us an email with your preferred solution and we will ensure that it is actioned ASAP.

UPDATE: 20/01/2025

Dear Sue,

Regrettably, we have not received any further communication or confirmation on how you’d like to proceed. As such, we have refunded the cost of the hoodie. We trust you find this in order but please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Thank you for your review. We truly appreciate the feedback. We are both sorry and disheartened to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. If you pop us an email with a photo of the colour discrepancy, I'm sure our team would be happy to find a solution, if available.

We have asked our technical team to investigate the issue regarding the glitch, however, they've been unsuccessful finding an error. If you could provide further information, it would be much appreciated.

Lastly, we can appreciate your comments pertaining to the products origin of USA, especially regarding the exchange. Due to the popularity of the Medusa Racerback Tank Top, we have had to utilise a secondary supplier to ensure that the item is available but retains its quality and eco-consciousness. Failing to do this may have resulted in delayed deliveries of over 3 weeks. Understandably, this may not be ideal for select exchanges, but we are happy to provide our clients innovative solutions in this event.

Thank you again for the great feedback. We will look to improving our website and, when available, restocking in UK. Please drop us an email if you would like to discuss an a possible exchange or alternative solutions available to you.
