Great customer service. The clothes are made to measurement, and mine took a little extra time to make, but they communicated wonderfully throughout the whole process.

Then when my order arrived, everything was so beautiful. They tucked my two dresses into a pretty lavender colored tote bag, and added a pretty scrunchie.

The dresses are of beautiful quality. I can't wait to wear them.

Also, once it shipped, it came so fast!

Will definitely order from them again.

I love SeamsFriendly. They have been so patient with me. I ordered a winter wardrobe last year and everything fit, except one pair of pants. They remade them with a drawstring to help. (I was losing weight and the drawstring would help them be wearable longer).

Amy worked with me for months on planning a slit maxi dress with underdress. She sent me swatch pictures to see the new prints they were receiving. I ordered a mustard floral underdress with Navy overdress. I asked her to pick the right navy material and make a specific shirt with the same material. She fixed the checkout so all I had to do was pay. It would have been difficult to get all of the fabric changes in there. It was beautiful. I’m ordering pants in the mustard to wear with the overdress and shirt.

I have actually become excited about clothes for the first time in my life. Even small and skinny it was miserable. I’m 4’11” with a short waist, 10” difference in waist and hip back then. Just too frustrating to enjoy. The battle with gaping waists etc. Everything, even petites, needed hemming.

I love SeamsFriendly, clothes made to order at no extra charge. There are charges for fabric changes and modifications, but they have so many styles in so many colors it’s rarely needed. They will change necklines, sleeves, lengths for very reasonable prices.

My order took a little longer than expected to arrive, but once it shipped, it arrived quickly! It was a perfect fit. I'm looking forward to getting many uses out of my dress.

Update below (not a good one)

So I ordered 2 items.
Both took longer than told, which I'm ok with. I also had to pay an additional 35€ for tax and stuff which should be warned about but I also accept that.

Now that part that deserves 0 stars. I got a top, which does not fit right, does not have the colour in the pictures und has stains on it. They told me the colour is because of the natural dying which I do not believe because of the difference and also with the pattern it looks like it's from a hospital (was my first thought when trying it on) I send 3 emails with pictures and a WhatsApp message.

I asked for a refund because obviously it can't be worn but they told me they would nicely give me 15$ credit and that's it.

The pants I got also did not fit that nicely (and the fabric is way softer than it should be based on the picture) but I said I would take it as it is, I guess don't buy items that say they take custum measurements

Was a huge financial loss for me (Student), sadly never again

Even though they said here they refund me, they never did and ignored me.

I had an all-around excellent experience with SeamsFriendly. My dresses are absolutely beautiful and the fit is perfect. The quality of the seams and hems is outstanding. I was also really impressed by the customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was right so everything fit exactly as intended. I’m genuinely beyond happy with my order and will definitely order again.

Ordered two dresses and I couldn't be happier with my order. The pieces are gorgeous, the fit is perfect and customer service was also wonderful with regards to the delivery!

I would just like to say I am so incredibly happy with my order!!

So far these are the best pants I've ever had.
They fit perfectly, thanks to the elastic band on the back I don't have to be okay with either a waist gap or a tight fit on the hips. The quality is incredible, thick, warm and soft, such an improvement from all the thin polyester courdoroy pants I've tried from other brands. I used to always had to return them due to quality issues or wrong fit.

I am so enthusiastic I found out about this brand!
I will definitely be ordering more in the future. The matching tote bag made out of the same material as the pants was such a nice touch and a kind gift too.

Was incredibly communicative and friendly, and got my dress to me in time for Halloween, and it’s gorgeous!

⚠️ Be careful before buying from Seamsfriendly ⚠️

The clothes are of more than decent quality... BUT the package took over
A MONTH to ship and SeamsFriendly team harassed me with emails and even dared to use my phone number to contact me on WhatsApp without my consent.

In addition, shipping costs are not included in the overall price and are only indicated once the package is sent (I had to pay 35€ extra just to receive my package even though it wasn't clearly stated on their website).

I tried leaving a review on the website, but it didn't work. The fact that they have so few customer reviews and that the only reviews of their clothing are positive shows that this site isn't entirely honest.

I would advise against buying from them unless you have all that in mind. Personally, I will NEVER buy from this site ever again.

The company had good communication, and offered free custom fitting. They were great to work with, and let me know when there were problems with things going on in the world and my dress would be a little delayed. I was excited to get my dress, but it was good to know what was going on. My dress is beautiful and I love the way it is made and fits me perfectly. I got the Kahdi blue and it is gorgeous. I wore it for Easter, and got lots of compliments. Thank you for the wonderful dress. I am looking forward to ordering again!

I’m an experienced seamstress but was both in an hurry and curious about ordering a tailored dress for an upcoming event.
I received my new dress in the timeframe promised and was pleased with the custom fit. I was especially happy with the high quality cotton fabric and sewing details. The dress was lined, seams were finished and it machine washed/dried really well. I plan to order again in the future.

I just received my first order from SeamsFriendly, a sleeveless short dress. I gave SeamsFriendly a try because I am very short (5’ 1”) and usually a “short” (not mini) dress, even when off the rack as a petite size, hits at an unflattering length below the knee for me. I made a mistake on my original bust measurement, but SeamsFriendly made it easy for me to correct that in their order follow-up email, and also allowed me to add a lining to the dress (for an extra fee, of course). The website clearly states that the dress is translucent, and I didn’t want to have to wear a separate slip. I also noted that I didn’t want a tight fitting dress, but also not so loose as to look matronly. The dress that I received fits just as I had hoped, I can move comfortably yet the dress looks well-fitted to my small frame. They did a great job! Next time that I order I will mention that my shoulders are slightly narrow, now that I see how one of their sleeveless patterns fits me.
The green color of the dress is slightly darker than I expected but it is very pretty, and the difference could be because of the settings of my phone screen’s brightness level.
The quality seems good and the features of the dress are as described—it has two pockets!
I placed my order on 3/19/25 and received it on 4/7/25, which I consider to be a very reasonable timeframe for a custom-made dress that shipped from India to the USA. I will return for future orders!

Having the option to pick and choose details to create custom cotton outfits is amazing. Tailoring to an individual's measurements seems like a lost art, and SeamsFriendly is bringing back this important skill and sharing it with those of us who cannot sew. I appreciate all the communication after the ordering process, and I was very pleased with my finished dress that fit me because it was made just for me. I've come back for more!

Ordered 6 pieces of clothing and the quality on all them is very poor. The cotton is supposedly high quality but it feels like sandpaper. Another piece came with a faulty zipper that I'll likely have to pay to get fixed since the company is not responding to my emails. The pieces also did not fit well even though I sent over precise measurements. I would absolutely never buy from them again.

I ordered a custom made dress from this shop on Etsy and am very pleased with what I received. The dress fits perfectly, the fabric is wonderful (a very soft yet sturdy cotton), and shipping to Europe was fast, too. The shop owner is easy to work with, and I can highly recommend this shop.
