Liège Waffles are a unique waffle that will surely become your favorite! Their texture comes from a special sugar called Pearl sugar. These little rocks of beet sugar, melt inside my Belgium irons and form a crunchy layer. The dough is made like brioche with lots of Kerrygold butter, ground vanilla bean, eggs, milk, and kingAuthor flour. My coffee comes from North River Roaster’s, a small coffee roaster dedicated to fair trade and organic roasting. I am so proud of my drip method coffee being so delicious! I can’t wait until I install my new coffee brewer called the Cyclops from Ground Control. All my waffles are made and served from “Karma” my 1965 Airstream!!
