I placed an order for the climber cca shoes in early December of 2023 it is march 2024 and have not yet received any item. They never return my email or Instagram Dms. I have reached out since January asking for updates and no response.

Delivery was very late. I emailed them about it but was given false information about the delivery timeline. When I finally received the shoes I ordered, I found several issues with product quality and asked for a refund. They slowly stopped responding to my messages and never ended up refunding me, despite promising me that they would give me my money back. I expressed my frustration and disappointment with their lack of communication, but they completely ignored me. Overall, horrible customer service. Don't bother buying from this company and spend your money on brands that actually care about their customers.

I ordered their shoes (order# 1960). Delivery was very late and I asked for a refund, which they refused to give and said they would send it immediately. Additionally, the item was delivered to a completely different address. I live in Australia and it is being delivered to the USA. I have repeatedly asked them to resolve this issue and they have ignored it. They are an irresponsible and totally unreliable seller. I advise you never to buy goods from this shop.

Fortunately, they checked my review on this website and DM on instagram, and they made efforts to solve my issue which the shoes I bought was delivered to wrong address. Now I am satisfied with their customer service and receiving the item.

I ordered a pair of cca climbing shoes on 21-9, on 8-10 i received an email saying my order is on its way. In this timeframe i sent them multiple emails, which were never responded to. It has been 5 days since i got the last email. however, when using this tracking link, i get no information on the status of my order. It shows me that is is not yet received by DHL. When i contacted DHL they said i should contact SEAO, but they don't respond.

Like I said I would, my review is changed.
I initially put one star because of the lack of replies and the delivery taking multiple months with no information on the shipping website. After many months I got a reply AND my package, everything is ok.
It's not the best clothing I've had. The jeans were quite thin and also clearly a bit dirty but nothing a washing machine couldn't fix. The fit is quite poor for a taller person like me but that's my mistake.
The sweater was also very thin. Overall pretty. A super comfy brand? No. Aesthetically pleasing? Yes. Worth that much? Not sure... I will probably repurchase, but only when it's something truly truly gorgeous, because the quality is far from perfect.

Worst customer service, I requested first an exchange because they sent me the wrong item and it took them 2 months to even reply to me (which they did via Instagram because they don't even reply to their emails). It's now been 6 months and I still have not received neither a refund or an exchange for the correct item. They are now ignoring all my messages. This is the most ridiculous customer service. FU

I have been emailing these people for an update my purchases and they are unresponsive to emails!i bought so much clothing from them and i am worried that they wont be sending them reading all these reviews that its a scam?? Can someone from seao-ke please get back to me on order #1846??? I jus5 need to know when it will be delivered and I want DHL tracking details!

the product barely resembles what was shown on the website, the cut is atrocious and doesn't fit. I tried sending emails asking if I could return the jacket I bought, alas I never received any answer...

The pants i ordered came in and were way too small, on the website were the measurements i needed but in reallife wayyyyy smaller.
They say „free refund“ but they dont answer to my messages and emails, i will never ever buy again from them and nobody should buy from them, just a overpriced dropshipper thay messages you every 5mins when you want to buy something but when there is a problem, they wont answer!

I emailed them to cancel my order but they never responded. I got the shoes I ordered and they looked and felt cheap. I sent multiple messages on the website to try and get a refund but they haven’t responded. I just want to return the items and get my money back.

All the other reviews are absolutely true. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I originally did so just to support what I thought was a small business with original designs, but they're genuinely awful.
1) their products are dropshipped from China. You can find the EXACT SAME designs on Taobao for maybe 10USD. They don't design any of their own products. You can also find them on AliExpress.
2) They don't respond to emails. Try writing an email to customer service, because it will bounce back immediately
3) I filed a claim with Paypal right after purchase, since I discovered this company is fraudulent. They provided tracking info pretty quickly, but the tracking info was of some sketchy Chinese carrier and it was completely fake.
4) Shipping took MONTHS. They're not a Korean company, but some shoddy European one that poses as Korean and dropships from China.
5) It said my product delivered, but I never received it. I live in the middle of the woods and receive a ton of packages, and never had I ever had a single package stolen from me. The day that the package was "delivered" to me, I had a few other packages from big name companies like Amazon sitting on my porch, but this package was nowhere in sight.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Take their products and reverse image search it on Taobao or Aliexpress. They rip off other businesses and these designs are NOT THEIRS!!!!

The items I bought took almost 2 months to get here, and it looks like some cheap product.
On the website there is a banner that says "free shipping and returns worldwide". The shipping costed me 5 euros, and looks like I can't return the product.
I want to make a return, and I wrote 3 mails for it, and received any answer. Would never buy from them again!

DO NOT BUY. Seems to be some kind of dropshipping scam (they put pictures of nice items on their site and then send you a vaguely similar item from Aliexpress)

Ordered an item and didn’t get any shipping notifications for 3 weeks. Tried to email them and they blocked my email. Finally responded on instagram. Item came in and it was completely different. It was a cheap tacky jacket that I found on Ali Express (which makes sense since the shipping notifications that I finally got said the item shipped from China, even though they are a French/Korean site)

They admitted it’s not the same item and said they would process a refund. Since then I’ve had no refund and they won’t reply back to my messages.

Avoid at all costs.
