Shannon and the team at Searchability were great to work with and provided us with very good and qualified candidates very quickly for us.
I'm still waiting for the other recruiter we work with to respond for a position that Shannon has already filled for us. Searchability is now working on the next one for us.

Efficient, supportive and great communication

Cameron from Searchability was brilliant, from his outreach on LinkedIn all the way through to the final interview he was constantly on hand for support and information. I'm very grateful for such a superb service and helping me find a very exciting new role!

Searchability were patient, understanding and also persevered to get me an offer. A few years ago they had an offer from a company which I initially verbally accepted but then in the 11th hour I changed my mind and decided to stay in current role. About a year or later same company was still interested and had another interview arranged but I cancelled for different reasons. I did feel I had messed them about a bit but they were very understanding but also didn't rule me out of future roles. Move forward to today and I'm about to start a role with that same company. Changing jobs can be stressful, especially when you've got various family situations/considerations etc and now my personal circumstances meant it was the right time.

Alex and James were fantastic throughout my experience with searchability. The communication was consistent and support was invaluable for me. They did really go above and beyond to help my find my new role!

Dan Massey was really great handled everything and made it super easy. Any problems or queries he took care of straight away and was very polite and friendly and kept you in the loop for what was going on and went the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend him any higher.
