I had some very specific goals that were too complicated for me—a WordPress novice. I submitted a ticket for support and Search & Filter contacted me promptly and helped me get everything set up and working perfectly.

Great plugin for a very sharp price. Does require a little bit of technical knowledge, but can work miracles in many cases.

Good extended documentation, and very quick and knowable support if you do run into issues.

So far I have had a great experience with Search & Filter Pro. During our build, we did have a small issue where the JS was working on initial load, but after filtering, the JS would not fire anymore. I reached out to Search & Filter support and within 1 day I had a solution to my issue. They ended up having some hooks that you could implement to rerun JS after the AJAX call.

Far too often 'customer support' is not only a joke but difficult to access, in a straight jacket - get it their way or not at all. Not so here. This outfit is flexible, helpful, friendly and tenacious. It works. Highly recommended.

My ticket was responded to quickly and the problem was fixed with no issues. So far this plugin and the customer service I have received has been stellar.

Search and Filter Pro This plug in is amazing!! And the support is brilliant. Krishna is a rock god!!! It's also incredible value. I think it is the cheapest out there and I found it really easy to use, and I am a real newbee at tech. Most of it is just plug and play. But the guys at support hand walked me through everything I needed. 5 Stars to S&FPro.

Fast & featureful filter plugin for WordPress backed by very supportive staff.

The plugin itself is great, but when it didn't work, the support was quick and very helpful.

I'm very new to web design and WordPress, but with a little help from the team at Search & Filter I was able to create the website I wanted. Once I figured out some of the basic functionality, I was even able to make something better than I'd planned!

Customer support great. Really was helpful and very responsive. Definitely went above and beyond to help.

Trevor went the extra mile to help me out with some tricky technical stuff, not helped by server side issues at my end. My only gripe is that the documentation could be clearer. Some of the examples seem a bit lightweight and make assumptions. e.g. what 'ajax container'? Needs to be clearer.

If you are looking for a filter plugin that has all the bells and whistles, backed up by an A+ support team, this plugin is fo you.

Excellent plugin for WP and even better staff to back it up. Highly recommended!
