Their services are horrible. I singed up 3 weeks ago for a 3 hour coaching call and havent had 1 call scheduled. I keep getting the run around about the calls being scheduled. Beware before you hire them.

On the positive side: They increased traffic of my Web site about as much as my best expectations for this price.

They showed good (thought quite not perfect) understanding of science.

On the negative side:

I'd wish if it cost less. Well, it is just a wish.

They repeatedly did something other instead of the revisions I requested. Finally I asked to fire the person responsive to manage revisions, and after this they started to do it much better, finally accomplishing what I requested, however after some time loss.

Their design for a low cost was impressing, but with some technical errors. I paid on Fiverr to fix one of the errors and complained. They gave me a discount for the next order in compensation of this, on an amount more than I lost with Fiverr. They fixed the rest errors themselves.

No people are perfect, I'd rate it more as a positive experience despite of all drawbacks.

This company by far has the worst customer service and work ethic. They made all of these big claims about what they could do to get my business ranked in Google and when it was time for them to deliver the articles that they wrote had grammatical errors, the verbiage in the articles was not reminiscent of the quality information that I provide to my clients, the changes that they made to my website looked so terrible that I paid my web developer to undo their work, and their money-back guarantee is simply a way to swindle people out of money. They provided such low quality work that I had no choice but to ask for my money back and although they agreed to give me a full refund they did not hold true to their word. They even offered to give me my money back and continue providing me with SEO services but the quality of the work that they provide and their customer service is so terrible that I do not want them to do any work for me, even it is free. Do not patronize this business in any capacity.

I have been working with searchberg as a new business owner and they have been taking all advantage of that. They have been draining me and charging obsurb prices for minor changes. Even with knowing I'm a startup business. They have no set price list and uses the start high go low tactic. Please look elsewhere for all of your business needs. They will try to take all of your money which is so sad especially with this pandemic of COVID-19. I wish I was able to post screenshots so I can show you how they continuously tried to take advantage of me.

Our small business got much needed boost from their PPC strategy

There is a stereotype about small businesses that they are not technology savvy and that they don’t want assistance for their businesses from the web. Interestingly, we are the reason why this typecasting is still convincing because we were small scale business and we were also oblivious to the prowess of online world.

But the buzz of online marketing was so strong that even small business started to opt it. When our local peers also jumped onto the bandwagon of web, we got concerned and started to find the companies who could guide businesses like us who were not familiar with the details of online business.

Our search was very laborious because we couldn’t find any company who was reasonable and whose work manner we could understand but finally luck stuck in our favor and we reached Search Berg. At that point of time we had developed a cynicism about digital companies, but Search Berg worked with us on many different levels to eliminate this feeling. They offered us very reasonable price for their services in comparison to the quotations we got form other companies. They taught us the ins and outs of pay per click (PPC) in very simple manner so that we agreed to avail their PPC plan.

In the beginning, we were not expecting any monetary return from that but we were genuinely surprised and awestricken that even our first PPC investment returned more than break even. I want to suggest all small businesses like us to get their maximum share of online business by hiring SearchBerg as their digital service providers.

Stay away by all means! This is a fraud based on supposedly marketing company that promised the moon to their buyers and yet they do not do a crap. They claim to refund in full in the first 30 days if buyers are not satisfied, well good luck with receiving your refund back. The reason for it is because they do not know anything regarding SEO and they make your work period instead lol.

I had to email them 100 times in order to receive my funding and I ended up receiving a fake made-up receipt that shows transaction is pending! WOW! I already alerted my bank and Fraud Department of NYC based on their fake advertisement. DO NOT DO IT PERIOD. Thanks
