Installed an IBC DC29-106

Installed an IBC DC29-106. The electronics are mounted on the bottom of the boiler enclosure. IDIOTIC. Twice now condensation inside the enclosure has run down and destroyed the electronics. Cost me $600 each occurrence and IBC contributed nothing. I will never buy an IBC product again. Poor design, worse customer support.

HC33-160 propane boiler first installed…

HC33-160 propane boiler first installed 2019 was warranty replaced 2x. Last install of a new unit by Aurora plumbing and heating was on 06/12/2021 and the boiler went bad for the third time!!! Backfired so intensely it blew the air intact off! IBC boiler company will refuses to help because I'm not the original owner of the building, therefore they warranty the warranty the owner and not their products! Never buy an IBC boiler!! The product is junk and the warranty is really not a warranty. My new boiler installer he refuses to use IBC because of many problems associated with them!

IBC Boilers - Dangerous and unreliable

Dangerous and unreliable boilers. For first nine months after install (11k), carbon monoxide was pumping into our home. Installer was stumped - after we spent additional 2.5K on extra exhaust piping (maybe it was recirculating), extra power modulation (maybe our power supply was bad) and even had the efficiency tuned DOWN. Turns out - bad microprocessor in the boiler. Now at the two year mark - Heat Exchanger needs replaced, but apparently its not warranty work. Another 2K part - plus install. They look pretty but they are a very poor product.
