I went into Seasalt in Shrewsbury just to browse at the dresses now it's getting warmer.
I've never worn a dress in my life and hadn't a clue what I liked or what would suit me.
A lovely lady Jo asked me what I was after and listened to my concerns about length and longer sleeves etc. She showed me lots of different styles and I tried on lots; she was very friendly and patient and made me feel confident about my choice!
I decided on a pretty dress but needed it in smaller size so the other lovely assistant, Sara ordered it for me to be posted to my address free of charge!
My whole experience was a really good one and has restored my faith in humanity! It,s so nice to receive great service in retail as it,s a very rare thing these days.
All I can say is a big 10 out of 10 for the staff in Seasalt Shrewsbury; well done and I will definitely be returning!!😊

The website was easy to use, the dispatch and delivery were efficient. I have bought Seasalt garments before and been very happy with them, the Enor Dress Sea Spray Floral Bright Radish bought this time, is a good colour and fit, but the fabric is rather thin, so it looks cheaper. However, it is comfortable and will suit the hotter weather.

Lovely raincoat & good quality. This is my 4th raincoat from Seasalt they look good, feel great on and most importantly keep me dry on my daily dog walks. I know I'll get good wear out of it.

I have been a customer of Seasalt Cornwall for many many years. I love their clothes and jewellery. Always well made. Always a good size you can trust and always last wash after wash. Their clothes get better the more you wear them! I always feel myself in your clothes. Thank you for continually hitting the high target of never compromising on quality, choice and delivery!

No issues. Easy to order. Delivered quickly. Much prefer the new rewards programme. I've used Seasalt Cornwall for a while now. I shop both online and when I'm in the west country. My closest shop at home, is around forty minutes away, so it's a shame there's not a couple more stores around the midlands area. Always friendly staff in the vast majority of stores I have shopped in. And the online customer service has always been good too, with fast response times, whenever I've needed to contact them in the past.
I have found recently, that some of the sizing is not as generous as it was previously, having to size up on some garments.
Overall, I enjoy shopping with Seasalt Cornwall.
