I waked in to shop with a challenge to find a surprise birthday holiday for my husband a day before he's birthday the travel agent worked hard and found the perfect one. Would highly reccomend this company very helpful and friendly well done the girls at Hartlepool branch x

Very helpful and patient. Looked at lots of various destinations and dates before finally getting booked.

Call was answered and advised they were busy, so took my details to call back - very impressed rather than being left ringing and ringing. Call back was quick and Darcy was quick to sort out our request and even offered to change the hotel to one more central. Then my second call was dealt with by the manager who again was polite and quick to source another hotel as the original chosen one had been booked! All extremely speedy and very polite. Excellent customer service would recommend company to others.

Easy to book a holiday with Seaside travel. I just gave Bethany (Hartlepool branch) all the information I wanted including in our family holiday and within no time at all I was paying the deposit! No sales pitch just got me what I’d asked for! Perfect customer service with a smile 😊 So looking forward to the holiday, just one of many I will be booking with them! 🤩 🤩
