Been awaiting a payment since the 30th!! Its now the 20th! I have called multiple times and been told that they need the tracking infomation from both bet365 and William hill (3 payments missing which were returned to the card I used to pay) i provided the tracking ARN number on the 8th (12 days ago) and not had a reply yet! I'm owed £705 which just seems to be in limbo.. I've even had to cancel my holiday to Spain at the end of the month as this Is my spending money!! Going at the end of next month instead now. I'm looking at opening a case with resolver at the end of the week.
Shocking customer service. The words ‘I don’t know’ are their favourite. They are useless sent money Wednesday and Thursday to card now Monday still no money. Rang them. Guess what ‘I don’t know ‘ absolute scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. No meaningful offer of help absolute scammers.
Having some problems using this card. Cannot use it for online purchases (how ridiculous is this) and some airlines, shops, hotels etc have had it declined when processing transactions. It works sometimes but it is embarrassing when it's declined and other forms of credit cards or cash are definitely required. I would not recommend this card due to its unreliability. I phoned their customer services and their response to this was "we can't help", ... useless.
