Seasunvacations Reviews

I am so grateful for the time, patience, and expertise i have been shown through the service i have received booking a future cruise.

Everything you hear about JC from Christina Lozada's travel content (socials, YT, pods, etc.) -- or ANYWHERE ELSE -- is 100000% spot on and correct.

JC is the best. He is the REAL MVP... Truly the most professional, kind, attentive, PROMPT, and talented travel agent I didn't even know could exist.

He has found me -- multiple times -- several deals that no one else could beat, and his response time is unlike ANY professional I've ever worked with. (real example, I message him w/a request at 2am PST, and it's already done by the time I wake up at 8am).

He also is very upfront with the reality of things, like "If you want this, book before [date], it WILL go up... " or "here's how to cancel/get refund for that other thing, I can beat that deal, here's how ____".

Personally, I change my mind a lot, and he never judges, and just simply does his magic to make things SO easy for me. I've booked my VV Sailing with him (and re-booked it like 3 times..) and now am working BTS to get another sailing going with a group of friends.

Thank you JC!

Has anyone use them or with worked with them? They look like con Artist. He looks very sleazy

Jason was great to work with on planning an upcoming cruise for my birthday. He was extremely responsive and offered quotes same day, which beat booking directly with the cruise line websites.

I have previously booked with Virgin Voyages direct but decided to give JC, a Virgin Voyages first mate, a chance to give me a better deal. He did, and made the booking process very easy. We would definitely recommend Sea Sun Vacations. Thank you.

I Read all reviews prior to contacting Sea Sun Vacations. Sent an e-mail requesting a phone call and JC called me right back and answered all my questions regarding an upcoming cruise. I went onto his website and filled out his form about what cruise I wanted. He then sent me the price and location of cabin with sailor loot included. A++ for communication and service. very happy so far. Thanks

JC did a great job helping us set our Virgin sailing up and he saved us a lot of money!

Fantastic to work with. Informative with up to date information and always striving to be the best. Pride themselves on being current and looking out for their clients. I highly recommend using Seasunvacations for your next vacation.

I am very grateful for the tremendous customer service I have received from Sea Sun Vacations. I started working with Sea Sun Vacations and Jason Carter in March 2025. I can breathe knowing Sea Sun Vacations is searching for the best available pricing for me on my trips. I made six bookings in less than 60 days.

JC was so easy to book with. He helped my husband and I book our second Virgin Voyage! Quick responses and a simple process!!!

I came across sea sun vacations after an Internet search for travel agents dealing with Virgin Cruises. They were able to offer me the same price as the virgin app but also got me about $550 in bar tap and on board credit. I’ve been dealing with Jason C and he has been fantastic. I’ve asked to make two cabin changes; first to a quieter deck and then from a Port to a Starboard cabin. Jason dealt with both of these changes within minutes. I’d highly recommend this company.

Jason Carter at Sea Sun Vacations has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He has helped me book four Virgin Voyages cruises so far, and each experience has been seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Jason is professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about cruise travel—especially with Virgin Voyages. He takes the stress out of planning and always makes sure I get the best options available. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every trip and truly appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to great customer service. I highly recommend Jason and Sea Sun Vacations for anyone looking to plan an unforgettable getaway!

I decided to price compare after seeing Christina’s YouTube vlogs. Jason replied very quickly and in the same day I was booked with a slight discount but with sailor loot. So definitely worth it and it’s a very easy process. Jason is quick to reply and very easy to communicate with. We have t had the cruise yet but he seems quite dedicated to his work. I definitely recommend.

JC was amazing and kept in contact the entire time. He helped get us signed up earlier to book dinner and got us an extra $100 to spend on the boat! We will definitely be using them again for our future cruise!

Everything was just easier going through JC. I’ve done many cruises and I’ve always booked on my own but this time I chose to use a TA and I didn’t regret it. Not only did he take care of the booking but he also reminded me when dining would be open for reservations and answered all my questions I had prior to the cruise. The absolute knowledge and dedication he brings to the table is unmatched and that alone makes it worth it to book through him. Now I saved the best for last, the early dining perk he has when booking through him is incredible. I was able to secure all the restaurants I wanted to try at the times I wanted without any issue due to being able to book dining before most other cruisers. Additionally he was able to hook me up with free sailor loot that I used to have some extra drinks which was a huge plus! He knocked it out of the park for my first 2 VV cruises and I have many more to go! Save some money and gain some great extra perks, you deserve it!

Jason Carter is the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind.
He got back to me within minutes of my initial inquiry.
He beat the competitions price by hundreds of dollars and gave me excellent perks.
I recommend Jason without reservation.
He is my new go to guy.

Great prices and customer service!
JC is responsive, a true professional at what he does and gets the best price. I've used him now for to book five cruises and have always had a great experience, including great cabin placement. Highly recommend him for all your travel needs!

JC was amazing to work with and was readily available when I needed guidance and help. Super customer service A+++!!
