awful experience, I received the item but it does not work, not compatible with my car even thought I had to specify which car make model year, which seat it would be used in etc. Explained this to them and they said they would give me refund. Still waiting 2 weeks later, phone number does not work, no reply to emails. Utter rubbish and complete scam.

Beware this company. Wouldn't even give them a 1. Their site looks professional but they are SCAMMERS, they take your money, you receive the item a month later if that, they don't pick up the phone or answer the emails, UNLESS they are taking your money.

Keep away from this company, the site looks professional. But the don't deliver your product until a month later. You can contact them as they never answer their phone or email.

Ordered seatbelt extenders for Hyundai Tuscan, wrong set came. I emailed and asked for a refund which they blank ignored. They finally replied after multiple emails (bearing in mind there is a 14 day return policy from purchase) where they said they had sent the wrong set and will send the correct ones.
10 days later and no second set has arrived, and after 8 calls, not a single call has gone through.
Do not recommend purchasing from them.

Terrible company, I urge you not to order from this company, completely fake, items are shipped from china, the owners are not based in the UK, also none of the safety certificates are registered in the UK, these are also fake Chinese copies, if you’re lucky enough to get your order, this is also a cheap Chinese make, don’t bother trying to email the company as they never respond and the telephone number on their website to contact them is never manned. I have also reported this company to the NCSC for removal.

As with other reviews that seem to have vanished, the product they sent me didn't work. Subsequent emails were ignored and their phone is not connected. Do not buy from this company!!
