Needed to supply photos of seats. Box delivered and left in pouring rain so it fell apart leaving seatcovers exposed. NO DIRECTIONS?

Covers don’t fit exactly as advertised for the cost

All though i haven't received them yet I'm sure the fit amd quality will be top notch based on all the reviews I've read.

Bought these seat covers and I am really pleased with how they look. Little hard to install by yourself but manageable. Only issue is I had the front driver back rest stitching came undone while installing them. All the others went on and look great. Just wished the one didn’t come unstitched.

Just want to say WOW. Just put my seat covers on and they fit perfect nice and tight everywhere. Best covers I have ever had. The service was great I had ordered the wrong ones for my truck but they had no problem getting the right ones swapped out for me. Thanks for the great service and I will be putting y'all's name out to other people

The quality of materials used is definitely looking good, however have not been able to use them since getting them. I have placed a call into the number listed to get the many problems corrected and if I dont get some action soon I am calling my card company to get instructions on how to send back product completely and refute charges. I am all for paying good money for quality work however this scares me immensely with all the fraud that takes place in businesses today. When we drop that kind of money on a car ACCESSORY, it truly is an investment to us that we expect to last for quite some time. We are not the type of ppl that can afford this, it was intended to be a gift.So to get this was very concerning 😟 TOO MANY MISTAKES IN THE "CUSTOM" MEASUREMENTS.

A tough experience with Seat Covers Unlimited.
1. The product was supposed to be custom fit (and hence 8-9x the price of "lesser seat covers") but the product does not fit at least not a limited tundra
2. The color is several shades off
3. The charge a 15% rebooking fee which is fair if I just didnt want these, but the reason for the return is they are not close to as advertised and this should be taken care of SCU
4. I put a case into support for help, and they were helpful

The covers fit beautifully, and well made… I have a 2010 F-150 Lariat and the covers fit so perfectly that you can’t tell that it’s a cover on the seats.

I purchased the Genuine Neoprene Custom Seat Covers - Black and Charcoal for a 2023 Camry. The seat covers are of excellent quality and the color on the website matches the ones I received (a lot of times the color ordered isn't the same as the ones you receive). Installation for the front seats on a 2023 Camry took about 1.5 hours. The most difficult part was getting the straps for the bottom of the seat to the rear and avoiding the electronics/wires. Otherwise the fit was perfect. It was easy to shift the covers to fit the seats and I was very pleased with the results. I would suggest updating your video to have a dedicated video and more detail on how to install seat covers on a sedan versus a truck or an suv, especially showing how to thread/connect the straps over the electronics/wires from the front to the back of the seat. These seat covers seem to be of very good quality and look great.

Received the seat covers, read over installation instructions, and began the process. Took about an hour to put all the items onto my seats. Take your time and follow all the suggestions, and it is pretty simple. The look and the fit are great. Head rest covers were not big enough to go over the headrests, but not worried about them for now.

It took a few weeks in the making but once shipped, no delays. The product is great. Heavy duty material and vivid colors/pattern. Little pricey but worth the extra if it holds up as good as it seems it will

I ordered 2 sets of covers for 2 different vehicles. They shipped the first set to the wrong address. I called the owner yelled at me, literally yelled at me because I asked how they could screw up such a simple thing. He went ballistic and noticed I ordered seat covers for my other car and he canceled my order on the 2nd set of seat covers! He cancelled $362 order out of spite......that should be a hint on how overpriced his products are.

very nice seats. Adds protection and style. The quality and fit is great. I only bought the front seat covers but may come back and do the rear seats as well.

I ordered new front and back seat covers for my jeep. When I received them, the color didn't match. I thought I was out of luck. BUT, I sent an email to the company, asking to trade for all black. Not only did they agree, but they did so with such kindness and professionalism. This company is the real deal and they care about their products and customers. And the seat covers are very high quality.
