It was supposed to be here before Christmas , have and left messages to stop the order! About week and a half ago got the dam order and called you guys, she said she would send me a shipping order so I could send it back!
Do not want it i want the mailing order so I can send them back and get my money back.

Customer service was outstanding. The seat covers are quality made and fit as the should, Great product.

Still have not got anything and ordered dec 1st.

I order custom covers front and rear for my husband's gladiator for Christmas. They were installed two days after, and the company was called immediately over the rear seat cover not compatible with center headrest. I left a voice mail with no return phone call, and I have emailed the company twice without acknowledgement from them. I spent over 600 on these covers and was going to order a set for my truck but if the is the customer service they provide then I shall go elsewhere. All they would have to do is let me send the one cover back and make the opening for the center headrest, but they have chosen to IGNORE me.

I’m very disappointed. Although the seat covers appear to be good quality, they do not fit my 2018 Ford Escape. The straps cannot be fed from front to back because of the pockets on the back of the front seats. I would like to return them. How do I go about doing that.

Product fit the seats perfectly. Very happy with the product even for the price. Wouldn’t mind a couple more notifications on progress of the product being made, kind thought I got hung out to dry until they showed up on my doorstep. Overall happy with them!

It took 2 hours to install by myself. The covers were very tight (as to be expected). The covers formed to my seats and look awesome!

Fit was spot on.
I wish I could get the rest of the pieces of material. The seat looks brand new the back and eat of the seats in the truck are faded.
I had to adjust the seats in down as the new padding/foam sat me up higher. 300k miles flattened the OEM foam.

The seat covers I ordered were for a 2011 Ram 3500. I Got the full set for front and back seats. I was impressed with the quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship. The covers fit the seats perfectly and are tight fitting. My only complaint is the strings that run along the bottom to tight are crappy. I had them break on three covers when trying to pull them tight. I ended up pulling paracord through the covers and was able to tie them better.

Great products. Will use them again.

Front seat covers for 2021 Chevy Blazer. Look nice - got a little rip on each one on the top where the headrests join the seat.
But other than that worth the price.
Still looks good and protects my seats.

They look great, but they dont account for armrest in an Eddie Bauer edition. Will work through it or will return. This should be an additional question option on your ordering menu to clarify.

The seat covers do not fit well are hard to install and we’re not worth the money.

Ordered December 4, 2025, Package was delivered and reported as “Damaged” December 27, 2025. Have not heard back or cannot contact Seat Covers AT ALL! I have also found that one of the covers will not fit the intended seat. So far I find this company is good at only one thing… taking my money! After the sale, who cares? Not Seat Covers Unlimited! My next contact will be my bank card issuer to report them

The seat covers look good, well made with quality materials and were easy to install, the most difficult part was figuring how to remove the headrest (thank God for the owners manual) but the best part is they’re made in America

Im missing half my order
This is the second time I order from your company and both times I had to reach out finding all my order it be nice if things get shipped separately to get multiple tracking information
Also I was sent email asking if my covers was a Christmas gift and if so they will be mailed out on the 19 th so I can get them in time guess what I was left not having a gift for my son that came home jist for the holiday and I was unable to present a gift and send a good day install the covers with him. No I still dont know when I will receive them and have to travel 5 hrs to deliver them
Hopefully there is something thay can be done to compensate me for this. And the set of covers that was delivered the arm rest covers doesn't cover it completely and all the head rest covers wasn't correctly made missed shape to the rest that's in the car. Some stitching was off and a few places was pulled. At this point in time I just like what I have ordered to atlatest make it to my son's and. Give my wife a few days to get ues to the things she has point out.that she not liking about them. And put the horrible experience with this Christmas and wast of money behind me
Maybe by the grace of good I can get a small refund. As i dont need a gift card or anything to buy from the company as im not going to put myself through it again

The seat covers looked great and were not too difficult to install.

The seat covers fit like a glove! I would like to suggest they add a pocket in the front of the bottom cover for a cell phone.
