Not a place to watch a concert

Not a place to watch a concert. You can't see the band unless you're in General Admission by the stage. You'll be watching videos screens all night and feel like a rat trying to get this Lego stadium walking through gravel sidewalks in the middle on an old airport. Nothing Positive about this place. Lots of time wasted getting in and out of this place, as long as the concert.

I ordered tickets and they are not…

I ordered tickets and they are not showing up in my account. I have worked with their chat bot 3 times over 4 days and have yet to receive a response. I was on hold for 35 minutes today and finally hung up. It is unacceptable that there is no way to contact them other than through chat bot. It is highly unlikely I will ever go to a venue where they are involved.

I would just like to say, event great, parking terrible

I would just like to say, let the convenience of purchasing tickets for the foreigner event was very easy. Five stars. I also paid for parking privilege in a parking garage, which costs $45. Arriving at said , garage took a while to figure out how to even get in. Then I had to walk a half mile to even get to the venue. When leaving, it was just as difficult to figure out how to get out of the garage and when I thought I did, they charged me an extra $8. To get the gate open. i will never purchase parking from seat geek again.

Every detail was made clear and easy to understand. It would have be absolutely perfect, however, if SeatGeat had either included a map to the venue or given a link to such map. Otherwise, we were very pleased with SeatGeek.

Cool seat visualization…

I liked being able to see a picture showing the seat views instead of just a 2D sketch. The picture of the seats I chose (Nine Inch Nails in SLC) ended up being bang-on accurate!

SeatGeek is my Go To Ticket Site…

SeatGeek is a ticket warehousing site that I trust. The site is easy to use and gives me confidence that I’m getting what I’m paying for. I used to shop sites but now I feel that I was wasting time in doing that.
