I would recommend Seats and Sofas

I would recommend Seats and Sofas, Hoogveen to my friends and family. There customer support team was very effective and helpful in answering questions.

I am sure, I will buy future products from them.

What a disaster

What a disaster, we waited 5 month before our seat and sofa was delivered, after 3 month we entered a service/claim request, 2 months later a service men came by, 2 months later again with no solution. Now they told me the goods have to be returned to the manufacturer, at my cost, expected delivery time 3 months minimum and then I get the same problems again. This all happened with dozens of emails, phone calls without result. Proposals like money back, replace with another, repair at home is not acceptable to them

It cost me €4000 but not delivered as…

It cost me €4000 but not delivered as verbally spoken and agreed. The sales man made a drawing in the invoice that i can not understand, but different with the model that agreed.Salesman 1, already not employee, salesman 2, agreed to get me new couch as i originally ordered but now she is at another branch. salesman 3, they can not do anything about it.
Seats and Sofas management, i request please give me the sofa just like the model because the first salesman is not available anymore to clear this up.
Edit: the response from seat and sofas account is a total lie.
