I wish i can give them ZERO Starts.Very horrible experience at seats at sofa.Bought a sofa from them at 1900 EUROS which is higher then price of sofa they have given on website on this friday called the sales person to cancel the order as color doesnt match the new house and its very expensive.she said to visit the Midjrect centrum show room again we went today and staff there was very rude not ready to change existing sofa showing us sofa for higher prices to extract more money from us.Finally after 3 hours of struggle we came back with no change in sofa color we ordered no change in the cost and dealing with a rude unprofessional staff at their showroom. I feel cheated by these guys as my sofa was not delivered to my place it was in stock at this showroom .when i asked to cancel the lady at reception offered me 950 euros refund out of 1900 euros highly unprofessional people .I wrote a complain no response from them.I am being robbed of 1900 euros in broad daylight at this shop.I wish to take action against them after selling the product their staff doesnt even talk to customer properly.PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

I am having a very bad experience with the seats and sofa! They do not respect the customers who object to their products!!

I think they are an unprofessional and unethical company and most of their employees are very rude. I have called the head office many times and spoken to a manager, Even the managers were rude.

The reason I am writing this review is, I bought a sofa from one of their store in Utrecht. From the time they delivered the sofa, it is used and defective. I called them several times but did not get a proper answer. Then the outbreak of Covid-19 started and everything was on hold. Three months ago I called many times and finally, they told me to send a picture of the sofa. I did send the photos and one of the employees told me to bring the sofa. I said I have no way of bringing the sofa. So, she gives me an option which was to pay 75.00 Euro and they will send a replacement sofa and pick up the defective one from my home and repair or replace the one that I had bought from them and paid for a new sofa and got uses and defected one.
Since June 8 of 2021, they picked up my sofa and sent me a very bad sofa I think they have picked it up from some garbage dumpster. It is very uncomfortable and every day when I set on it I get back pain. I have called and emailed many times and so for I have not revied an answer as to when they will deliver my sofa. I have spent about 870.00 Euro so far, and got a lot of pain and suffering from them!!!

They do not respect the customers who have problems with their lousy product and punish the customers for speaking out. Please, someone, tell me how to deal with this unethical company!!!!!
