another day of waiting... the store staff don't know anything... they advise you to wait... the moment you pay you are nothing to them and they don't care about anything. How long do I have to wait? year?
the store's request for contact details to improve the customer experience is just a play to improve RP and nothing follows... no one calls, no one tries to fix the situation... it's just a lie!

Nooit!!! Nooit!!!! Nooit!!!!!!!! KOOP EEN STOEL OF BANK OF BANK OF IETS VAN SEATS and SOFAS. We kochten een bank ter waarde van bijna €3000. We hebben geen updates gekregen over de komst van onze bank. Toen het eindelijk aankwam, ontdekten we dat een van de benen gebroken was, we belden en ze adviseerden ons om een klacht in te dienen bij de klantenafdeling. Via e-mail. Wat we deden. We hebben 3- 4 dagen gewacht tot iemand contact met ons opnam om te horen dat wij (onszelf, de klant) een afspraak moeten maken om de kant met gebroken poten van de Ucouch naar hun winkel te brengen, waar ze zullen evalueren en ons dan laten weten. Nu moeten we op onze kosten regelen om de grote kant van de Ucouch naar hun winkel te brengen. DIT IS DE SLECHTSTE SERVICE DIE IK OOIT HEB GEKOMEN.
Om nog maar te zwijgen van de onbeschoftheid en onwelkome houding van het personeel

Never!!! Never!!!! Never!!!!!!!! BUY A SEAT OR SOFA OR COUCH OR ANYTHING from SEATS and SOFAS. We Bought a couch worth almost €3000. We didnt get updates on the arrival of our couch. When it finally arrived we found that one of the legs are broken, we called and they advised for us to lay a complaint with the customer department. Via email. Which we did. We waited 3 or 4 days for someone to get back to us just to be told that we (ourselves, the customer )need to arrange to bring the broken legged side of the Ucouch to their store where they will evaluate and then let us know. Now we have to arrange to our cost to take the large side of the Ucouch to their store.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.
Not even to mention the rudeness and unwelcome attitude of the Staff. @SeatsandSofas Oosterhout.
