I had already filed a complaint about lies and the sale of damaged products as new. We filed a complaint, but they didn't resolve the problem. We had to insist on calling them to get a response about whether they would give us a new one or refund our money. They decided to refund the money and said they had a transport company to pick it up, but the transport company never gave us a date to return the sofa. We decided to find our own transport company. We returned it to the store, and I received an email confirming the sofa was delivered. They said it would take 14 days to return the money. After 13 days, I called because they still hadn't returned it. They said they would call back, but they didn't. After 17 days, I called again, and they said they had only just filled out a form and that I should receive the money in 2 days. I still haven't received the money. Since I bought the sofa, nothing has gone right. It's a company that lies, sells damaged products, and then hides when they don't know what to do. To resolve issues, we always have to call and chase after them. They have no responsibility towards the consumer.

Like some of the people on this site we had the same experience of a broken couch sold. So it seems that you are lucky if you do not get a broken couch. They claim that we broke it and said that we can pay to have it repaired. They DONT have contact numbers so that you can phone them, and the store does not want to give it out. The store also says that we have to sort it with head office. The issue is not resolve, but we ARE going to take it to the next level to sort this out. But as advise to the rest of the people, be warned, do not buy from them. If something goes wrong you cant speak to anyone except with a form on their website, and then you get a reply email from them, stating they not going to fix it and without a reply email adres or phone number. And the whatsapp is just as uselless. And the store where we bought it from says we need to follow this procedure. I can tell you more but no need and the staff are extremely friendly when you buy until you have a problem like this, and all of a sudden no one want to help you anymore

The worst store. I had the sofa repaired on December 13. To this day I don't know where my sofa is. No contact!!!
