Very very bad customer service
I sold a ticket concert on seatwave. I made a mistake and sold it twice. I then contacted their customer service explaining the situation, we found an agreement that I had to buy a new ticket for a customer so that the situation would be ok. I did it (which costs me a lot ) and since then they tell me that the buyer couldn't enter and charge me for penalties.
It was 8 months ago and still send me automatic messages and charge me fees despite their customer service told me everything was ok.
