SCAM business. I ordered a DVD on March 8th, 2026, and the order has not been fulfilled. My credit card has been charged for the amount charged. I have contacted them numerous times through chat, e-mail and their phone number & never get a response. They use SHOP for updates and nothing comes up when trying to get a status. My next step will be to contact my Credit Card company and let them know what lousy service I have received.
This business is a definite fraud. Their Website states they are located in Lancaster, Philadelphia and I ordered a DVD on February 6th, 2026, and to date, the order has not been fulfilled, although, my credit card has been charged for the amount tendered. I have contacted them numerous times via chat, e-mail and their phone number (for which, you only get a recording) and you never get connected in order to speak to a "real person" so, I can obviously find out where my purchase is and why it has not been "fulfilled" yet because, it has been paid for. They do not return any type of message that you leave, just total silence. If you want to save yourself "a headache" from dealing with this "so-called business," DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION, PLUS, YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE.
