Terrific experience both purchasing and installing the Seawaterpro 120 volt 40 gph unit with remote panel. We were on an incredibly tight schedule (1 week) to get to the Bahamas, needed to install the water maker FAST and the crew at Seawaterpro delivered in every way! Manuals for pre-wiring the AC and DC wires and breakers was readily available onlineDelivered the initial kit in 48 hours after ordering online. A few quick phone calls to tech support during the install they were outstanding…even answered calls and texts on a Sunday! Got a custom set of high pressure hoses delivered only 24 hours after ordering online to complete the installation. Absolutely incredible, threw the switches and fresh water is pouring out—much more than I had realized. Total game-changer for cruising in remote areas, no more range-anxiety for water which has always been our limiting resource. Thank you Seawater Pro! Did I mention it’s about half the price of the closest competitor, it’s modular for efficient installation—lost no room at all, put all of the components in unused space, and totally mechanical without electronics to fail…It was a sizable financial decision for our cruising and the staff at Seawater Pro could not have been more trustworthy and helpful to make certain we got up-and-running on time and on budget.

I had a couple of Questions about the pressure vessel and membrane. I made a phone call someone answered within three rings and was able to answer my questions.

I ordered a 20 gph watermaker. It was shipped on a Friday, received two days later. Best tracking I have ever seen.

Unfortunately it cost me a further $250 to ship the pumps because it took 3 days to ship it 10 miles and I had to leave the country
