Contacted the bank due to some issues - the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, made multiple calls back and were very patient at every step. When they didn't know the answer immediately, they called back, even though I was outside of Lithuania. Thanks a lot! Perfect service! I could not be more pleased.
Really happy with SEB performance overall. Great and stable service, great mobile app, ability to send and receive payments instantly in some of the EU banks makes it even better.
I tried to buy an apartment in Lithuania - absurd experience with SEB. Absolute nonsense for Lithuanians that live abroad. Once they hear you work abroad they make you feel like a garbage. No matter you are highly professional and work for one of the world’s biggest organizations. They state such conditions no one would ever agree on.

It literally felt behind the iron curtain, no body was speaking English in the entire customer department.
Not only this I was there with my Lithuanian Lady, we where treated like not worthy to sit with our service provider on the same table.
