Prices are very reasonable when compared to stores, so I'm very pleased with Second Nature's on time services.

I use second nature for heat/air filter and water filter for refrigerator. The filters are always high quality and fit like they are supposed to. The filters also work like they are supposed to. You can custom set the dates for your specific needs. For me, it is every other month for heat/air and every six months for refrigerator water filter. Then I never forget to replace them because it is always time to do so when they arrive. The pricing is competitive with the market. I love the second nature experience!

Filters are always on time and actually prompt me to change them on a regular basis. Great quality filters as well.

If you own a home, you know that there is a constant list of things you have to do on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. It's great not having to remember to go out and buy a furnace filter replacement every 3 months, when it shows up at my door, I know it's time to change it. I also like that Second Nature includes refrigerator water filters, another thing I don't have to worry about.

So convenient, I have my filter changed regularly scheduled on a plan that suits me. I keep my A/C and ice maker in good working order and i don’t have to worry about going to shop and store filters.

I have mild asthma and recently moved from Washington state to southern Oregon. The climate in Oregon is somewhat drier and dustier than the Puget Sound region in Washington. I love having my furnace filters delivered on a regular basis, knowing that my home's air circulation is always being efficiently filtered. Customer service is great! Replacing filters is one of those things that’s difficult to remember but needs to be done on a regular basis for cleanliness and efficiency. With the subscription service you never have to think about it again. Your filters are delivered to you door when it’s time to replace them. I highly recommend the service.

So quality wise, it’s okay; not the best on the market, but to be fair it’s only like $12 a month, I replace mine every month because I have 6 in my house plus 3 dogs and a cat so we have lots of dust and allergens, but over all great product ships right to the door and I know to replace it when it shows up, one less thing to worry about. Will continue to use until I’m long gone I’m sure

The ability to have filters shipped in a reoccurring schedule. It’s always been on time, and only had 1 delivery issue which customer service helped resolve quickly.

Never had an issue until my most recent fridge filter delivery - I noticed the filter was a different brand than what I usually get. We all noticed the water did not taste the same. Tasted a bit chalky. We haven’t been able to use it for water . Waiting for the next filter delivery to see if we get the usual brand back.
