Disgrace of a company. Bought my daughter a styler for Xmas. She used it once and then smell of burning. I have tried to contact them twice and not had a response. Absolute crooks.

Bought a hairstyler with attachments for my daughter for Christmas. It won't turn on. My daughter threw out the packaging before checking it was working. Tried to email regarding a refund but got a link to the refund policy on their website, which states it must be in resealable condition to get a refund.
