I wanted a stylish ring that could double as a crochet ring so ordered the snake ring.
I'm always wary of buying rings online as have had some bad experiences but can't fault the customer service/ delivery or item itself at all! Will definitely be shopping here again

I saw this company as an AD on Instagram, usually these kinda stores are based outside the U.K. I was delighted and taken back to see such beautiful items that I could buy without the hidden tax charges etc. When my item came it was absolutely stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice at all - I ordered a geode ring box. Unfortunately though the hinges were rather loose and I wasn’t entirely happy, especially as I was gifting this to someone for a special birthday. I contacted the owner with my concerns and it was swiftly resolved with the upmost wonderful customer service. I can’t fault this company at all and will be more than happy to purchase again from them in future. Customer service response time is super quick, detailed and extremely helpful. Absolutely fantastic and I’d recommend!!

2 stars as website was easy to use. Gutted ordered a bracelet i have, for my mum which she loves "wee tartan heart' order went through payment accepted then 3 days later order cancelled due to insufficient stock. PLEASE do not advertise items you don't have. So disappointed.

We ordered an item I’d seen elsewhere and couldn’t obtain the right sizing for, on a Saturday and were advised that the order would arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Dispatch email arrived at half past 8 the following Monday morning and it was delivered extremely well packaged, first thing Wednesday morning. Extremely prompt and efficient and the item was just as expected and lovely, solid quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.
