24h delivery and still not delivered after 2 days
Why you should pay for 24h service if after 2 days you are still waiting for it.
Customer service only reply saying the same as I can see on the parcel tracking service. I have the tracking number, I can see that too!
I asked them to get in touch with DPD but they are not proactive enough so I am still here waiting for the order with no hope it will be delivered ever.
