Great buying experience

Other companies would not post outside the UK to Australia. You guys did not hesitate, and I was really thankful as I could not find the product in Australia. Keep up the good work.

Ordered an XL strap seem to have got XSS

Asked for an XL strap as the strap on a new watch was too small but the one that arrived is smaller than the strap on the watch!!
Emailed SecTime Watch Straps the day after it arrived (approximately 2 weeks ago) enquiring about a returning it for a replacement or refund and still awaiting a reply.

Update, SecTime Watch Straps emailed me in response to the above review and apologised for possibly marking my email as read before replying.

The product was perfect for my needs and the customer service was excellent.
Jack went above and beyond to get the strap and clasp to match my wife's watch.
