Satisfied with the product and the process, not with the customs extra payment
Satisfied with the product and the purchase process. However, I had to pay 7,4€ as customs payment, which was not announced. I think it would have been better to announce the extra cost in the product and the shopping cart page. This would not have prevented me to buy the product whatsoever.

Quick delivery but disappointed in quality
Strap arrived next day but the leather is not as soft and pliable as the Calf Leather strap that it replaced. The strap has an embossed marking in German which translates to 'Real Leather'. When I enquired I was assured that the real leather used is calf leather.

Strap upgrade
I have a Citizen Promaster dive watch which came on a rubber strap that was ok, but after an hour or so would start to irritate and become uncomfortable.
A search for a replacement that had just a dash of yellow to match the watch face lead me to SecTime's silicon, waffle pattered strap with yellow stitching.
When I got the size wrong the replacement was service was fast and fuss free. Once fitted to the watch the strap is way beyond expectations, being soft and supple with a great finish meant no more rubbing/chafing and it gives the watch a nice quality feel. The waffle patterning is clean, clear and matt in appearance, plus the quick release pins a great upgrade
The first but not the last strap I'll be buying from SecTime. Thanks guys.

I finally found a company that does what I need
When I called to see what's on offer in extra large size straps I spoke to Jack and he had what I was looking for and told me that I could return any that I didn't need.
