Bravofly is a fraud! ,I got tricked into buying extra service even though I had earlier said no to it. Also even if you have their flex you still need to pay penalty fees for changing dates. Also there is no way to contact them by email or call but their Ai chatbot which is useless. Recommend not using this even if it look cheap

This is a fraud. The made a misstake booking the name. My wifes name was doubled instead of mine and hers. They wanted 65 Euro to change it. A couple of days later that increased to 1500 SEK (aprox 130 euro).

Bravofly is a fraud! First of all, it is almost impossible to get a refund for cancelling the flight, even if you have their Flex. Moreover, despite I have had their Flex, they charged me for changing the date 53 Euros, claiming that the price has increased. Which is another Bravofly's lie. The price remains the same. Indeed, these scammers should go to jail for fraud!!!
