I had a horrendous experience with…

I had a horrendous experience with Comgateway, and I regret using their services. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer concerns left me utterly frustrated.

To start, I placed an order and provided my correct shipping address during checkout. However, without any notification or warning, Comgateway decided to change my shipping address on their end, resulting in my parcel getting lost in transit. I was shocked to learn that they modified my address without my consent or knowledge, leading to the delivery company's inability to locate the package.

I tried to get in touch with Comgateway through multiple channels, including emails and support requests, but it was as if I was sending messages into a void. There was absolutely no response from their support team, leaving me in the dark with no information regarding the status of my lost parcel. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The worst part is that despite my repeated attempts to contact them, there was no effort made by Comgateway to rectify the situation or provide any compensation for the lost parcel. It seems like they have no regard for their customers' concerns once they have received payment.

As a result of their negligence and unresponsive customer service, I have not only lost the parcel but also wasted my hard-earned money on their so-called services. This whole experience has been a complete nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using Comgateway to think twice.

In conclusion, Comgateway's address change without informing the customer and subsequent loss of my parcel, coupled with their complete lack of response to my emails and support requests, has been nothing short of a disaster. They have failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service and have left me feeling utterly disappointed and cheated.

I would strongly urge potential customers to avoid Comgateway and seek alternative shipping solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism. My experience with this company has been nothing but a painful lesson in why reputable customer service matters, and Comgateway has clearly failed in this regard.

Can no longer recommend this company.

Can no longer recommend this company.

Change of address without any prior notice has resulted in lost packages.
Had a package delivered to the new address (with tracking) and its now been 5 days since it arrived and still not coming up in their system.
Contact Us now never provides any response. (Emails been unanswered for 2 months)

Very disappointing - don't use!

I have used this company for the last 10 years and the service while not cheap was always prompt and reliable. Just this last 2 weeks, I have been having a lot of trouble with my most recent parcel delivered there. The Comgateway system states that I have no package but the company from which I have purchased has proof of delivery. I have emailed and also contacted Comgateway via their Contract Us form but not received any responses after 4 attempts including an email directly to Customer Service ( that used to work) but now the email came back as undeliverable.

Avoid at all costs

I wish I could give them zero stars! They have lost 3 valuable packages and are ignoring my emails about it. I have sent all the relevant info to them and they just don't reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The sad part is I had been a loyal customer for years.

Unable to find out what is going on

Also have a package that has been delivered to their post office box. Cannot log into my account. They are not replying to emails. Nor have i been able to get through on phone or on Facebook messenger.

Can now log in 2weeks later. They are also replying to requests. One package still missing though.

What happened CGW?

Don’t use. I have been using their services for more than 5 years and shipped > $1K worth of packages. Not the cheapest but services were fast and good until…. They changed their warehouse and customer service agent. Now my package have been stuck and my email gets ignored. Disappointed 😢

I have used this company for a few…

I have used this company for a few years with no issues until now! They have been processing my parcel since 25th May, take days to answer any emails then respond with a vague reply. Terribly managed and even worse customer service! Please find an alternative company!

Like others here

Like others here, I've used Comgateway for many years and while have had some problems but found it basically useable. Then my most recent package got to them, I ordered an one-box repackaging. Then nothing, My package disappeared. Got useless email answers that didn't answer anything.

Anyone got any idea for legal remedy?

Just checked a couple of days ago and the website is up and running. But of course I didn't get any notices from the company about it. I had to check it myself. I place the order to ship my packages to me even though I am hesitant to send them any more money. If I do get my things, I will not do business with them again.

Looks like they've gone to the dark side

I thought I'd Google Comgateway reviews to see if anyone was having the same issue I was.
Sure enough, here they all are.

I have been using Comgateway since 2012 and had a $100 parcel sent to them two weeks ago, I waited a few days, then a week, nothing.

I went to their website to suddenly find a big notification that was not there when I placed the order, advising they were moving premises. I received no notification of this.

Contacted Customer Service who sent me a useless automated email.
I had also placed a $700 order that, very thankfully, I was able to intercept to stop it reaching Comgateway.

That big red notification on the website is now gone, I'm not sure why they would still be operating under the guise of 'business as usual' when there are clearly tons of parcels missing at this point.
How hard can it possibly be to move premises, not to mention forewarning customers??

I'm not sure what they are doing but it is starting to look a lot like they've shut up shop and are keeping/on selling everything.

If not, I will still never use them again.

What is happening to ComGateway?

Like others I have been a customer for many years, although expensive they were reliable up until the last 8 weeks. Yes the chat has gone, the only support is email which took many days the reason in the response was "we are in the process of changing customer servicing agents". Packages delivered took over a week to register, alhough my last shipment is yet to register delivered well over a week ago. I have 2 packages in their system that I cannot ship, when I try is says "Oops we are puting services on hold over the next few days to facilitate the warehouse move", I certainly hope that is what is going on, but please com gateway let your customers know what is going on before you loose us all.

can I not give a star? they won't even inform their customers that they're closing down. all the packages I have are now delivered and stranded in their damned PO box, they won't respond to social media or emails. Well, it’s been a nice run…

… while it lasted
I have been a customer for years. But now everything seems to have changed. I didn’t order something since march and now I just did 2 orders.

1. The first one is going back to the sender because ComGateway refused delivery. It was a private ebay seller who doesn’t accept returns so now I am possibly out of my money and the product.
2. The second package has been delivered 2 days ago (according to tracking) and it’s not even in ComGateways system (you can check that) so don’t know what’s up with that.
3. They always had a live chat option that was one of the reasons I picked ComGateway and although you sometimes had to try 5 times before getting a person it was always possible. The live chat is gone. The option is not there anymore and you can just write Emails. I have written 2 mails and don’t get a response. Yeah the first mail was just 2 days ago but I have written that it’s urgent and you could at least expect an automatic answer like We got your mail. Nothing…

It’s sad that I have to write this review because over all I was quite happy with them. After my 2 packages (if the ebay seller will ship it again) I will close my account down.
Maybe now someone will write back to me…

UPDATE: Still haven't received an answer or did the one package that is marked as delivered arrive in my account. Reading the reviews here this company seem to have gone MIA because lot's of other people have these problems...
Also the website is dying down. There is just a loading screen with nothing happening...

New edit: The one package that they refused delivery on got destroyed in an UPS accident. So lucky me I guess I got the money back from ebay.
The second package magically appeared in my account after my review without even notifying me.

Horrible experience up till today

Horrible experience up till today. Customer support takes 12 days to reply and they take their time. I had a parcel and i just asked if my parcel is worth to repack. when no reply came, i decided to pay in full and ship. I had the shipping details. I was told 12 days later that they held my goods just becoz i asked about repacking. Now my package is stuck there without shipping to me even after i sent them details of full freight payment and their shipping details. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL. I have been using them for a few years. but now this is the last time i ever using them.

Horrible. A nightmare!!

Parcel stuck in warehouse, no support or answer!

I've ordered an important parcel which has been shipped to comGateway in Portland Oregon, now it's stuck there!
I'm desperately trying to organise shipment to Australia but can't. The parcel is status red. No clue or ability to deal with the problem on the website. No answer from any of comGateway's support emails. Phone number doesn't work. I'm completely stuck. No help available. Cannot reach a human or get any help. This is a disaster!

Some good and some bad

Some good and some bad

Good: Amazing support, reasonable and competitive rates, fast delivery

Bad: I had chosen 1box to reduce the weight of my parcel and they declared the weight of 7kg. Upon checking and tracking with fedex (courier they used to send me the items) and my own weighing its only around 3.8-4kg. My shipping rates was of course based on their weighing which would be a lot less if its accurately weighed and declared.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company; I check through the amount they charge to my credit card and tally with my bank account transaction. I found out there is a difference of $1800 dollars difference. I immediately contact them. However, after one month of investigation, there still keeps dragging! And give me a lot of excuses!

Happy longterm customer :)

I have been using Comgateway for over 8 years already, and am so so satisfied with their service! My packages arrive from US to Singapore in roughly 3 days, which is really fast. I've probably had 50+ shipments sent by CGW by now, and not a single one has gotten lost or damaged.

Recently I had a package that could've easily gone missing (there was an error with the address), but thanks to the proactive CGW staff, the package still reached me without issues. :) And any time I need help from customer service, their support is amazing! Though I wish prices were a bit cheaper, but they provide premium quality service and I would 100% recommend using this company. :)
