Cgw sucks. It doesn’t show the Shipping price for ‘one box’ before you pay. So I paid $14 (excluding shipping fee) to combine 5 packages and in the end it cost more than if I’d to ship without combining!!! My first and last time with cgw. Too much grey area in the pricing
Edit: I contacted CGW and they’ve adjusted the shipping fee. While I find the fee a bit pricey but I’m happy with the swift customer service and glad that we found a solution. Giving 4 stars because they care about post sales service.

Fast, reliable, and the customer support is really exceptional.
I have been their customer for more than 8 years. Kimberly and other customer services team members of comGateway have been very useful. It is not the first time I seek their assistances such as missing items , damage in transit etc. Their response are prompt and timely. Sometimes, I experienced their responses to be at off-office hours such as 21:00 or 22:00. Issues are always resolved smoothly. I would say their services are exceeding my expectation. They well deserve 5 stars rating.

Therefore ,my experience in both the process of online buying and shipping has extended over decades , as credit cards flew to and fro much to my husband’s despair.
In online shopping, the performance of any staff cannot be evaluated until customers encounter problems. It is easy to provide customer service when things work well and customers hit no snags.
Staff at Comgateway are outstanding because its the very crisis that they show that they care about your problem and are happy to assist. This is not true of one or two staff but almost a dozen I’d come to know and interact with. . With most online companies ,
customers cannot even locate customer assistance much less be greeted by warm ,affirming and workable assistance. Locating customer assistance is like finding beetles in the rice pot as the saying goes (mine)
On Aliexpress, I’d to tell Robots to make themselves scarce and get me a human beings instead.
Start with Comgateway if you are yearning or looking for trustworthy online couriers and are wary of all other services that have let you done.
I had my doubts about this one, but they came around after all.
I tested their "buy for me" service. Ordered two t-shirts. They collected the purchase price for 2 t-shirts, plus their handling fee, immediately. Confirmed order for 2 t-shirts.
A few days later they sent a message, package arrived at their location. I look at the packing slip, and the really blurry photos they gave me - only one of the t-shirts is there.
Their online chat doesn't work. No customer service phone number to call. Email enquiry doesn't receive a reply. I would really like to know, why there's only one t-shirt? And why did they not refund the price of the second t-shirt?
I procede with my test by requesting the one t-shirt be sent to my home. As a new customer, I was supposed to get a discount on my first shipment. How's that supposed to work? No coupon code, nor any automatic deduction upon checkout. Oh, well.
Maybe I'll still receive one really super expensive t-shirt within a month, if I'm lucky.
They failed the test - so it seems.
I'm testing other similar services now - wish me luck.
I still really want that second t-shirt.

OK - update on this case:
I was surprised to get a phone call from their customer service shortly after posting this review.
They addressed all my issues!
I received the first t-shirt, the second one is on its way.
They gave me $15 credit to use on my second shipment.
They are trying to figure out why my emails never made it to their inbox.
The only reason why I can't give them the full five stars is their website. That is not easy to navigate, you have to login each time you change tabs, there is no clear guided workflow. And a customer service phone number would really make things a lot easier too.

I've used comgateway for years now and it's been very easy to use. Not sure why some reviews complain about high shipping fees, I do find them very reasonable (considering I live quite far away in Southeast Asia). Recently I had to make a refund and the customer service team was super helpful, it was done speedily at a nominal fee. I can't think of anything bad about comgateway and I will continue to do my shopping with them. This is the best thing apart from flying to the US myself.

I hope I can give more stars, but I really can't, although I'm a regularly using CGW service, reason being first of all, have to waited for so long after payment done for them to process, secondly everytime have to ask for the merchandise status since it already arrived at the facility for so....Long, and if I don't ask it will drag as long as until asked again...Too bad, and yes their customer service is good, bravo for them, only the service & charges is too costly etc.....

i had the 'unfortunate', yet gratifying opportunity to experience the splendid, prompt and delicate customer service team from comgateway to remediate my shopped item from retailer. Jane and team from CGW just made my unpleasant encounter(nothing to do with CGW) so easily forgotten and i am extremely grateful for her and CGW!
Excellent. Easily the cheapest shipping redirecting service I've found, especially in comparison to AusPost's ShopMate. I've received free upgrades to express shipping and literally got a package from middle US to Brisbane in 4 or 5 days!
It was a great experience for me and I'm grateful for the attention to detail of the staff.
My order arrived and looking at the invoice from the retailer, I realized that my item was sent back to them before as they had sent was the wrong size.
Thank you ComGateway for checking the size before accepting it as it would have been a great hassle for me.

Absolutely the worst US forwarding company I have used.. Their website malfunctions causing 3 weeks delays on 3 seperate shipments... Their customer service is condescending and unhelpful... Spare yourself the stress and choose another company!!! genuine review - seriously choose someone else!!!!

It is my first time using comgateway and my experience has been very seamless. I purchase things from the US to SG. Though a little on the pricey side, I'm willing to use it because of their customer service, and how quick they are to update my parcels that have arrived and to send them out. Look out for their promo codes that come once in a while to save a bit on the shipping prices!
I have been using Comgateway for the past year and they are one of the cheapest US freight forwarder. Although they may take sometime to process your package on arrival. Shipping out is fast and efficient and 5 star customer service. Keep up the good work!
Unprofessional and slow service. Warehouse operation is terrible.
My package delivered to their warehouse on 10th morning, now it’s 16th night.
It’s been almost one week ( 5 working days) but my package not even displayed.
Covid or weather conditions or whatever are not good excuses. Very unpleasant experience.

Extremely slow service. The customer service told me that they would hold all received packages for 24 hours to ensure added safety against the possible spread of the virus and would took another 1-2 business days to process it to be assigned to my account. However it’s been already 3 working days, my package still not displayed yet. I will never use this company again. Poor service! Very disappointed! Do you know how many forwarding companies in US? Congratulations, you just lost one customer.

Rubbish website that is constantly sending me "possible" shipments in my name emails when I haven't used their services in over a decade and will not do anything even when I told then multiple times! AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE A LIFETIME OF SPAM!

Very easy to deal with! I used their buy for me service AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT including coupon codes I asked them. LOVE IT! I use their onebox service also AND VERY SECURED TOO! First shipment is free express shipping AND I GOT MINE LESS THAN A WEEK! REALLY IMPRESSED! Will definitely repeat from them
For the drawback: i need to live chat them to update status of my parcel for them to change to ready to ship status. But I don't really mind that cuz it's not that hard!
