Discriminative and slow customer service
I have been using their service for 10+ years. Today I decided to close the account as the customer experience is very poor. I moved abroad a couple of years ago and this led to my account being frozen as for no reason ii decided that they needed to verify my identity again --- fyi I do zero trading and zero new deposits or withdrawals i.e. I present zero ML risk.
My account has now been frozen for 2-3 years because they weren't able to accept foreign documents because it's not english.
Now I moved back to the UK and I am for weeks unable to get them to look at my new proof of docs despite being a british citizen and having all the utility bills etc in english from the UK with them.
We are 'very busy'.
BUT of course THEY CHARGE ME MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEES. They are MEGA efficient at charging you.
Frankly, the service is expensive and the broker account is 5-10 years behind the new trading apps out there. They are archaic and cause massive headache where the customer is always wrong and they are never responsible for anything.
