Bad service bad product dont meet united states specifications, instructions on products is in foreign language. Won't respond to inquiries. Dont purchased products from these scammers

I was scammed by the fake website / offering - bye bye money!! No response to mails, order tracking (you can't track something that is not there...!

Those who ordered and believes these stupid ads are just stupid themselves. the sellers are the smart ones here. If you don't do research it's your own fault to believe in this scams.

I brought a drone reduced to US$99 with a 7 klms range, 25-30 min flight time and with a 1080 pix camera. I received a toy drone that retails on eBay for $25-$30, with a 7 min flight time, a 50 metre range with 300pix camera. They refused to reply to my email. Trading name is Dailymobilegear,. Company name is Ivory Tower Tech Co., LTD, well known for spamming customers with fake items. A dispute has been logged with Paypal.
**Update, PayPal has refunded me the entire $99 back and it seems the website for the company has been closed down**

This is a total scam! I waited three weeks and paid over $320 (NZD) for an item only to receive something totally different and looks half the price of what I paid. The tracking number they provided was not trackable, the phone number and email address they provide on their website is uncontactable and you cannot reply to the emails that they send you as they advised should you encounter any problems. If you can't read or understand Chinese you'll have an even harder time reaching out or communicating with someone.

I received my order on August 1st. I was totally disappointed because THIS WAS NOT the drone that was advertised or the one that I ordered. AND how amazed was I to find out that the drone I paid $69 dollars for, I could find ALL OVER the internet for as low as $19! I am truly disappointed with this and this is one of the reasons I don’t do a lot of online purchases….”bait and switch” is too easy when you trust companies to do what they say they are going to do. And one clear sign for me from now on is, “if they don’t have a phone number to call for problems, then maybe I should not be too trusting.”

Ordered a drone as advertised in Facebook. The product I revived was by fare smaller in size than in the product video on Facebook. Now trying to find out how to return it.
The Refund Policy makes reference to an adress in China, but with adress details are only in Chinese letters.

I did receive my order in a month; but, I no longer can use them.....HOW and WHERE do I return them???????

I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over 2 months, tried to reach to them by email and nobody will respond... This is a scam, just not sure how it’s all over Facebook if it is....

This is a scam, don't order anything from them. They will give you a phony tracking number and the product never arrives. The phone number on their web site is not valid.

Bought two head torches from them. Arrived and were charged up. Both working fine so were put in a cupboard. Few days later a very loud bang was heard, but the source couldn't be found. Couple of days after that went to get one of the torches and found a battery in one of them had exploded and literally blown the battery compartment apart. The unit was not being charged at the time and the batteries were inserted correctly. The consequences if this had happened whilst the head torch was being worn don't bear thinking about.

Company are not responding to emails about this.

Sold me a default product. No customer service when I contacted. Stay away strongly advised!

Company is a complete scam. After a month i still have not received my order. They keep telling me that order has been shipped yet tracking number does not exist any longer. Will be calling the better business bureau to have them on the fraud list

Product never shipped. Company quit responding. Frauds

Product quality is not OK. Bought a case for my smartphone, it shows some cracks. Cause is too much friction, so they did not engineered the case correctly. After 30 days they won't do a thing about it, although it's clear it's a engineering fault.

Do not buy anything from them.

I paid and never received the item, don't waste your money here.
