First time using them
First time using them, I made an error with the date & the guy on the phone got me a refund! Made a simple human error & even though new rules come in he went above and beyond to help! Thank you 🙏

My colleague recommended MyTrainTicket to me and I’ve often found it to be cheaper than other booking sites. Tickets are sent quickly by email and are also easy to access through my online account.
I recommended it to my brother (who uses trains more than I do) and he’s found it cheaper on a number of occasions too, it’s now his go-to site for booking train tickets.
I’ve had no issues at all using the tickets when checked by train staff.
I did have to change my ticket once and spoke to Simon on the phone, who was really helpful and supported me through the process.
Definitely deserved a positive review!

Tickets would not scan at any barrier, was more expensive than Trainline but there app wouldn't load so forced to use my train ticket
Tried 3 times nothing
Just a poor service all round which is a pity as it would be nice to have a real competitor to trainline
Very good and excellent service. Cheaper i could buy the tickets here.
I have just booked a return train journey for the 22nd of May. Website was easy to navigate, I chose an E-Ticket and they arrived by email straight after purchase confirmation.
The buying of the ticket was painless and smooth until I went to collect the tickets. The ticket machine issused 2 tickets for my return trip. I was checking my tickets and noticed that I had only the outward part of my ticket, I returned to the machine no more tickets I asked the staff at the station and they checked the machine but all they could tell me was the machine say's it printed your tickets. I contacted the website and got a prompt response and sent them all the details they asked for. No response so 2 days later I sent a follow up email no response as with the next 2 emails. I phoned a week later and was told the machine showed I had my tickets but they would get back to by 1500 that day. 1540 I phoned them to be told to get a refund I would need my tickets which i don't have, to travel back I would need my ticket which I don't have and the machine tells them it had printed the tickets. I was told I would receive a phone call today letting me know what was happening and still waiting for the call at 2130 (I don't think I'll be getting one) Something I thought would be a few clicks and trip to the station to pick up my tickets has become a saga and what is really annoying is the lack of communication from mytrainticket and the fact that all I'm told is the machine tells us it printed your tickets. As it stands I can make my journey but not come back unless I buy another ticket or go by car I can get a refund for the tickets I have but not the ones I don't so it looks likes I lose out and get stung twice all because the machine say's it printed the ticket
Checking for fares on trainline, redspottedhanky and mytrainticket showed no difference in prices at all.
mytrainticket took my business for 3 main reasons.
- they give Airmiles
- they don't charge a booking fee
- their site is easy to use
Highly recommended

The word is "impressed". This website has the functionality of the "TheTrainline.com" website, but the user interface is really next generation. So much more intuitive, plus the artistic element to it adds originality.
My booking was complete in no time and the reservation e-mail into my inbox in a split of a second.
I would definatelly reccomend this site. They have done a good job, plus in my case I am bored of the reliable yet old "TheTrainline" website! :)
