Officers are always punctual and attentive. They are assertive when it comes to monitoring access to the building out of hours. Secure is also incredibly dependable especially when changes are made with short notice.

I have started working with Secure fm in August 2020 and since then I am employed with them. In my experience in all that time I have never been mistreated and my salary is always on time some times even before thee time. Very professionaal group of people. They contact me time to time to ask if I need any thing onsite or about the working coondition on the site. I have been to holidays twice and always get paid for my holidays in this tenure. Very helpful staff and also they make sure that the client have high level of service. I am proud to be a part of this Company.

The staff are amazing, this company recruits security officers and also ensuring that the officers are assigned to their roles, guarding, patrolling, installing, scanning, screening, analyzing, protecting, reuniting, serving. Fairly reasonable cost

whether you are guarding, patrolling, installing, scanning, screening, analyzing, protecting, reuniting, serving and whatever else you people do, please keep on doing it.

Family reasons meant that we were the temporary (for some months) guardians of an empty house, 90 miles/2.5 hours drive from home. The insurers wanted weekly visits, which was not a sensible option, so I looked for a security company to undertake this task. The national companies clearly thought this was not worth their while, but luckily Secure FM was much more helpful. We discussed requirements and terms by email and phone, set up the weekly visits, and started the process.
It's now been running for two and a half months, and I'm entirely happy with FM. They send me a report with photos each week, which is reassuring, and keeps the insurance company happy.
Sometimes a smaller local company, with the personal touch, is just what you need....
