Hard selling sales techniques

Was told in August 2024 that I had only had a couple of months to upgrade my system because the telephone analogue monitoring system was to be switched off in November 2024.
I challenged whether this was correct (having had the same story a year before which turned out to be wrong) but was told it was correct.
i then contacted the monitoring centre directly who told me what I had been told was wrong and that I had until the summer of 2025 to change my system away from BT Redcare.
Cannot recommend this company due to hard selling techniques.
