I locked myself out on a Friday night and was struggling to find a locksmith but thankfully this gent Mirek was less than an hour wait and did a great job.

Had the back door stop locking been problematic for a while but I ignored it but it finally broke. so the house was not secure.
Got in touch I sent over a picture of the door and a brief description of the problem. The lock smith came straight round very polite and professional. Shoes off when he came in. Amazingly he had made an assessment off the pictures I sent and had already acquired the parts replaced part of the mechanical mechanism showed me the faulty part preventing the door from locking. Realigned the door. I thought I needed a new door the way it was but when he left 45 minutes after his arrival it literally was like new one. Couldn’t be happier, great guy who really knows what he’s doing. Thank you

Mirek took my call for help this afternoon and arrived, as promised, on time. He started work on the front door immediately and solved the problem without fuss. Mirek explained the cause of the problem with the lock and showed alternative mechanisms from which we could choose, with concise explanations of the benefits of each. Very tidy, polite, and efficient, thoroughly testing the new mechanism before he left. I wholeheartedly recommend Mirek.

Mirek was fantastic. He literally got my call, got in his van and began driving to the job asking for our address to be texted enroute to stop any delay in arriving.
He also kept in touch to say when he'd be arriving exactly.
Mirek began work immediately upon arrival and fixed the front door lock with professional and friendly efficiency, taking care to explain each part of the process and what he advised going forward if the problem arose again.
I had called 2 other locksmith companies prior to him, and neither could offer help as well as he had-if at all.
If the problem or any related issues arise I will be contacting Mirek first and foremost.

Mirek did a great job. Punctual and efficient. Resolved the issue for us. He had to come back as was waiting for parts but did it without too much delay. Will use again and also recommend if someone asks.

Mirek was great! He repaired our broken door latches and replaced a lock with a sheared off key in a couple of hours. He offered a really competitive price and was very professional and friendly

Excellent service. Mirek arrived right on appointment time. Assessed the issue with my window lock and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with minimum of fuss. Then fitted 2 other locks on windows that were in need of an upgrade which saved further call out/labour costs. Very polite. Happy to recommend and use his services again.

Mirek responded straight away to my query and came out very quickly. I live near Boston and he covers this area, not just Lincoln. He was very thorough and talked us through what he was doing and solved the problem with our problematic door lock. So pleased I called him out before the lock broke! Would definitely recommend.
