Had new doors fitted last year. There was an offer on which was great value for money. Fabulous customer service - the chap who camero do the measuring couldnt have been more helpful, he guys who came to do the fitting were really nice, quick and left the place clean and tidy afterwards.
Needed a tweak to the lock a few weeks ago as it had started sticking a little bit, dropped them a line and came out to adjust for us. Again couldn't have been more helpful and made sure I was 100% happy before they left.
Will definitely use again in the future .

DO NOT USE! Conservatory roof leaking after only being up for a couple of months! After many messages and calls to Sam, he chooses to ignore them! Is under warranty and will be a simple fix, but once he has his money he’s not interested in any after care! Will be taking further if not contacted to fix roof!

Sam replaced my old loft dormer window entirely on short notice, good communication, friendly team, great value service, will use again for another window that needs replacing

Sam and George fitted my new door 2 weeks ago. As usual, communication about fitting time etc was excellent. Another good job done by them,they are pleasant, polite and clear up well after themselves.
Had a slight problem with the hinges, got in touch one and it was fixed the next. Good service. Happy to recommend.

We had a problem with our bedroom window and contacted Sam. He attended the following day and rectified the problem. Fantastic service which we have always had. Sam has replaced all windows and doors in our house - very satisfied 👍

I cannot speak highly enough of Securi Glaze UK. Sam and his team have been fantastic throughout the whole journey, that’s enquiry, measure, decisions, questions, fitting, follow up.
I’m a very indecisive customer and Sam went above and beyond to deliver to my high expectations and ensure everything was perfect. He even advised things and pointed things out that no other company had mentioned (10 others!). His prices and quality are not to be beaten.
After fitting, one of our windows was catching slightly, he popped back no bother and it was rectified straight away.

Lead time was short (5 weeks) for 5 new windows (inc. bays) and a door.

Sam is really friendly and made us feel comfortable with his measurements and service. We got a front door and French doors and they have been fitted perfectly. All in all, we're happy!

We have had windows, composite doors and bi folding doors fit by securi glaze. From the initial measuring up we found Sam and his Team professional, friendly and took great care paying attention to detail on the job. After sale care is outstanding aswell nothing is too much trouble. The product is great with very fair pricing. All in all a great company to deal with, we will be having the rest of our windows done with them. Highly recommend !

I have no hesitation in recommending Sam and his team. Everything was easy from receiving the quote to installation. They were informative and my new front door is excellent quality. Nothing was too much for them, answered all my questions quickly and installation was really quick.

Very happy with the guys who installed, quick turnaround and decently priced. I personally kicked of the door kicker (wrestling a pram) into the house, Sam came the next day and refit for no charge! Getting quotes for further work highly reccomend.

Excellent service, very helpful and always responded promptly to questions. When the door needed a minor adjustment they came the next day.

My experience with SG started back in April 2021

(Update: To the many people taking this company to court. After speaking with a local bailiff who is well acquainted with this company. They informed me that the "fake address" shall we say that is registered on google and on the contracts are in fact the accountant's address for SG. If you go to court its worth mentioning this and once a CCJ from court has been obtained the bailiff said there is no point in filing a Warrant of Control as its a waste of time as they can't issue it to the incorrect address. Go straight to a recovery/high court bailiff team. They can easily obtain the actual address and have more legal rights to getting your money back.

The company they buy the cheap doors from has a 2.3 out of 5 rating You have been warned.)

Where to even begin! I had a front and back door fitted by Securi Glaze. Days after our doors installation issues arose. Over the course of just under 2 years we had so many problems it was laughable. These included leaks, dropped/faulty hinges and a myriad of other things all due to the door frame being fitted askew and poor workmanship. I had to contact them many times to report more problems and they would come out and do very very little to rectify things.

The company stopped trying to help once it was apparent they were to blame and I started receiving excuse after excuse as to why they weren't going to do anything.The owner tried to guilt me saying how they have to do these fixes for free, and he tried to blame it on anything but himself or his companies work. After he exhausted every excuse he could think of he then blocked me on Facebook when I posted about the issues on his work page asking for him to get in touch as he was ignoring messages.

After seeking the advice of multiple professionals they all confirmed my issues were due to the frame installation. The front door even became such a health and safety and security risk I had to get it replaced. The owner then fabricated so many excuses I ended up taking him to court and attained a CCJ against him, even though the owner once again tried making this as difficult as possible, trying to claim he wasn't receiving letters that were being sent recorded etc. and then he didn't show when the court date finally came. Still awaiting my refund and will be escalating it further if he doesn’t pay.

Don't always trust people recommendation for a company. Also do your research first and keep copies and documentation of all conversations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! AWFUL QUALITY AND AFTER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!
