Spent £140 pounds in a single order with this shop on various products for UPVC doors. One of the handles I purchased failed within 3 months and I contacted the retailer for a resolution. They didn't reply, I contacted them a further two times and they still have not replied. Avoid this shop at all costs.
Bought some replacement handles for patio doors and found that I had in one pack 2 x internal handles, contacted by email to report the issue, Helen called me back within 30 mins, and together we identified the problem, and 2 days later replacements supplied and now fitted.

Bought schlosser lock via Amazon from Security Hardware. Then bought additional keys direct. Lock was purchased June 2022 and is now faulty. Security Hardware don’t want to know , they tell me to contact Amazon and Amazon tell me to contact security Hardware direct. This is my front door , so quite important . Poor service , I was going to buy more , but will source alternative now. Also advise all my mates in the trade to avoid
