A company that doesn't give a bollards...
Some idiot drove into my parking bollard, snapping the handle clean off.
I’ve been trying to contact Security Bollards Direct for over two weeks, and they haven’t bothered to respond to a single email.
Meanwhile, Rhino Security replied within hours and had a full quote ready by the next day, that’s how a real company operates.
To make matters worse, I was quoted £250 + VAT for a replacement handle from RAM Posts, absolutely ridiculous for a simple part.
Rhino Security sells every single spare part you could possibly need, from replacement handles to grub screws, that’s what I call acting in the customer’s best interests.
Security Bollards Direct, on the other hand, clearly has no interest in supporting their customers once they’ve taken your money. If you actually want customer service, go elsewhere.
Update: I was finally contacted and asked for a number, so a member of the service team can give me a call.
I replied within 5 mins. That was on Mon 31 Mar, 16:03 - haven't heard anything since and no replies to follow up emails.

The only saving grace here is Colin, probably the biggest asset to this company. He gave me his number, we spoke, he said he would sort it out. And he did.
Simple as that.
If only the other parts of the business would be like Colin they'd be miles ahead.
