I am very impressed with all stages of the the service given. The process was seamless from the quote given by Serge unto the installation with Zelko. Zelko measured up and installed the roller blinds. Zelko is a mini super star. He smiled and listened and answered questions. He was so efficient up the ladders and across on the scaffold to put up one of the blinds on an elevated 2nd level. I highly recommend Zelko as a really professional installer and kind human being. Also the overall service from office to installation was perfect.

Both the Sales man and the installer are friendly and always reminded me to be relaxed after I continuously asked the layman questions. The price quoted are the most reasonable one after my search compared with the four other similar companies. I changed the 4 manual shutters to electrical shutters with the given remote controllers. At last, I felt worry about the WiFi shutter operation with a promise from the Sales man to fix it on the next other convenient day if I still could not fix it by myself. I definitely recommend to those who are about to install their new shutters at home or office.
